Good place to stay

Stayed one night but the rooms were comfortable and well sized for a queen room. everything was clean and the hotel was quiet. front desk staff was very friendly. the price was fantastic and included a typical argentinian breakfast buffet. the hotel is up the hill, and a little outside the main downtown area. it is a short walk into the "downtown" as the city is quite small, otherwise ubers are very inexpensive.

Hotel is clean and comfortable, the only remark is that the heating was super high the entire time and we heard several other people at reception complaining that it feels like 45 degrees in the room. We opened the windows and that mainly solved the issue. The location is good, walking distance to the port and many restaurants and the staff was helpful

The place was very nice, especially for the price. A little away from the centre of town and up a bit of a hill, but not hard to get to and still walkable. We liked their nod to the indigenous peoples of the area and hope it was in a respectful way (felt like it). Nice breakfast included and room was quiet.

Excelente atención en recepción, guarda de equipaje segura y apoyo en todo momento para transporte. Habitación amplia y cómoda, con todas las amenidades necesarias. Hacía un poco de calor por la calefacción, pero imagino que en invierno va fantástico.

Aylen y Valeria at the reception desk were both valuable help in our stay at the hotel. They got us last minute reservations for our New Year Eve celebration and recommended us with good restaurants. They were the highlight of our staying.

The room was very nice and clean with a lot of space. It’s a little outside of the main area of town, but was still a good location. My only real issue was the room was soooo HOT and we could not get the heat down. The shower had a very strong pressure which at the wrong angle, got water all over the bathroom floor. They had luggage storage for our check out time and breakfast until 10am that was okay

I was sold a large 4-person room. When I arrived, I was given a small 2-person room. There was bloodstains on the bedsheets in one end, and chocolatestains in the other end. The room was extremely warm throughout the night, because the heating on the floor under the bed was on, and no way to switch it off. Opening the window would only keep ud awake with the road noise. I arrived late, so understandably there was nothing to do about this. However, the day after, the reception added me on Whatsapp to resolve the issue. 3 days later they do still not respond, this says it all.

Very modern bathroom liked that . The staff was very helpful.
