Not excited with the breakfast. Needing to be buzzed in to the lobby was worrisome. Room was clean and fairly sparse but comfortable. Nothing fancy

nice clean room but no facilities to even boil hot water or make coffee or Tea. Walking distance to the Mural covered allies of Cerro Concepcion

Staffs and services are good, no issues. Breakfast is good, lots of choices. The only gripe is the location. Yes, it's central, close to everything. Walkable distances to all attractions, grocery, foods, buses. But may be that's its curse, close to downtown, shady neighborhoods. Front door needs to be unlocked by an inside staff for you to get in (oddly, all day-n-night). One time I was locked out since the desk staff was nowhere to be seen. May be that's just everywhere in Valpo, not just the hotel? Disappointed that a seaside town left so bad of a taste for me.

Het is een oud en verwaarloosd hotel. De kamers waren ruim en schoon maar ook verouderd. Een bad met douchegordijn, in de kamer een donkere sprei op de bedden en vieze oude gordijnen. Absoluut geen 4* waard. Het ontbijt was helemaal verschrikkelijk. Bittere lauwe koffie, taarten die er vies uitzagen, weinig beleg en alles zag er onsmakelijk uit. De gym was echt te vies om aan te zien, het zwembad was niet gevuld en de sauna ook vies. Personeel aan de receptie absoluut niet behulpzaam. Restaurant boeken deden ze niet. Een jongen aan de balie gaf zijn eigen telefoon zodat we zelf konden boeken. Geld wisselen was ook niet mogelijk. Enig pluspunt was bewaakte garage.

La habitación y en general el hotel estaban bastante limpios, no diría impecables. El personal amable.

員工態度很好，但是浴室可以再乾淨一點，離港口很近，各種景點走路就可以到，很方便。

Me tuvieron que cambiar de habitación parque en la primera asignada había un mueble en mal estado, peligroso.

Staff were very attentive to our desire to visit the city. Very good and complete breakfast. Clean room and beautiful view on the Bay.

La gente que trabaja es muy amable. Pero se nota que es un hotel viejo por sus muebles y por el olor a humedad. Quizás sea normal por estar al lado del mar.

El menú no era fresco, el pan estaba anejo otro huésped me hizo el mismo comentario. Las personas del mesón de ingreso muy amables, maravillosas, lo mejor. Las personas del comedor encienden la radio. Podrían poner música ambiental. Las pociones de pasteles deberian ser mas chica, creo que se pierde mucha comida.
