chambre normale mais niveau propreté cela laisse beaucoup à désirer équipements vieux et de mauvaise qualité matelas horrible et inconfortable le personnel coupait l air conditionné durant la journée chambre hyper chaude économie sur l eau de la chasse d eau et sur le robinet eau froide cabine de douche pas très solide tâches sur le sol et sur le tabouret de la salle de bains personnel poli et sympathique malgré tout mais en résumé une catastrophe pour un 3 étoiles 1 étoile voir 2 maximum jamais 3 désolé mais c est la vérité triste et dur

The hotel was quiet, clean and perfectly located to enjoy Mertola. Parking was super easy. And the staff were all helpful and pleasant.

Great location, good sized clean room and very helpful staff. Loved the archaeological ruins in the reception area. Excellent breakfast.

Clean room/hotel, great view over river, snack bar operating all day at very reasonable prices, unique as it’s also a museum, offers kayaks and boat trips, great location.

Only one small issue - the holder for the hand-held shower is too loose and the shower nozzle head has to be held all the time.

Hôtel bien situé au bord du fleuve. Chambre confortable avec vue sur piscine. Petit-déjeuner excellent. Parking à proximité.

It was a picturesque town. Very good restaurants, a few places to visit. One day was enough to visit all tourist spots. The pool was indeed to small. The staff was very courteous and helpful. Room was spotless, very clean especially so close to the river and not a bug or mosquito in site.

This is a really friendly clean and comfortable hotel with great staff. The pool and sunshade area with the snack bar was really well maintained. A lovely surprise in reception! We also took the very reasonable boat trip they organised and it was well worth it. It has everything for a stay in beautiful Mértola.

We were there for one night and it was fine.

Modern hotel. Close to everything. Easy walk to everything. Parking onsite. Balcony with amazing view of river
