우리는 2박을 예약했지만 다음날 아침에 체크아웃을 했습니다. 방이 청소되지 않았고 담배 냄새가 나서 1박만 묵었습니다. 환불은 불가능하지만 괜찮습니다. 호텔이 너무 끔찍해서 다시는 가지 않을 것입니다.

호텔 직원은 매우 친절하고 도움이 많이 됩니다

Air cond is lesser cold, but still acceptable. Bathroom is quite spacious. Room condition is OK with the price. The only downside is nearby has a mosque and will get disturbed if you are slightly light sleeper. Parking wise there are some parking spots outside but don't come back at late night as it ' s quite dark at night. Room view can see KLCC. Overall you pay what you get.

The place is so run down. The hallway and inside the room smelled of cigarettes. It ' s so bad we had to check out soon after we checked in and booked another hotel.

Kamarnya luas dan bersih. Staff-nya baik dan memberikan tempat tidur yang luas pas untuk family. Diberikan sabun dan sampo, tapi toothbrush dan toothpaste bawa sendiri. Kamar kurang kedap suara sehingga orang berbicara, orang mendengkur ataupun orang lagi dengerin musik terdengar sampai di luar.

Room was so spacious but a bit dusty.

The road to this hotel is closed. There is construction going on, for last 10 months. Online agent had hidden this truth from customer. Further more the road and outside lobby is dusty. The restaurant at hotel is permanently close. But advert and photo on hotel give impression its all great place for business. I feel cheated and robbed my money. If a hotel is under renovation or the road surrounding the hotel is under renovation for months, these need to be highlighted, so customer convenience is not at risk. Please online agent visit this hotel.

Smoke from cigarette smells all over the floor starting from I step out the lift, until inside the room. The ventilation is so so bad. The entrance was hidden at the back of the hotel. Heavy contruction undergone around the area & hotel. No designated park for this hotel. You will have to park very far from the entrance. There is a cockroaches in the toilet. The toilet was not properly clean. Too many stained here and there. Highly not recommended. Really cannot stand the poor ventilation & smoking smell, so after we check in for 2 hours, we just check out and find another hotel to stay. Please don't believe the images of the hotel given in this apps. Its far worst than what you see. First & last. And my worst hotel experience ever. 🤦🏻‍ ♀.

Puas hati serta amat-amat berbaloi dengan harga penginapan yang ditawarkan. Bagi mendapatakan kepuasan pihak hotel perlu mewujudkan ruang kafe semula bagi membolehkan penginap dapat mendapatkan ruang rehat santai yang baik memandangkan lokasi untuk mendapatkan makanan agak jauh dari hotel.

After 2 nights I booked another one by the applicaion but the payment wasn't successful, when I returned back after a long day I found a big lock on my room to prevent me from entering it and they told me that the payment was unsuccessful. We already have paid a deposit so I was very angry from this unsuitable behavior. The hotel should handle that issue more gently.

Would be my first and last time stay here. Dirty room, they didn't clean and change the bed (I smell somebody's parfum in the pillow and the bedsheet looked crumpled) no shampoo, toothpaste, and soap. When I first came the receptionist gave me the wrong room (used room as in picture) then she gave me another room, but seems like the housekeeping didn't really clean the room, they just tidy up it and didn't change it (I found rubbish next to sofa). I feel so regret stay at this hotel, not again. The only positive thing from this hotel is that the room was quite large, that's it.

Water heater rosak, aircond rosak.

Very worth for money. The rooms was big. Hotel near to public transport, just less then 10 minutes walks.

Room was comfortable but these are some"but"- no heater, we have to bath on cold water (we have a child)- plugs are very limited (nzzd to charge mobile or using hair dryer 😏.- body washdispenser was broken and they place it in a glass. We hd to buy own bady wash.- to find the hotel itself was challenging, we almost round the same place 2-3times.- was tricked by the name"Grand Pacific". The building not so grand but very old.

Tidak seindah namanya, tidak layak ditempati. Hotelnya sudah tua peralatan tidak di perbarbarui. AC-nya central dibisa di stel. Kamar kotor tidak terawat karena kurang laku mungkin, ahirnya tidak jadi nginap disitu.

Dirty, unclean, food is bad, noisy neighbours, door kept getting locked.

Harga amat berbaloi dengan kemudahan parking yang baik, front desk yang baik & peramah, sarapan pagi sesuai dengan harga bilik, tapi room servis amat teruk. 4 kali minta tuala yang sepatutnya di dalam bilik 4 helai tetapi puas call & turun ke kaunter minta baru dapat. selepas ni minta bilik 4 orang disediakan siap tuala untik 4 helai.

The room is ok but there are no control of the room air conditioner. So, the room was freaking cold.
