Great hotel, great location and awesome staff. I was very happy in my stay they treated me and my family so nice. I would recommend this hotel to everyone I know

pool perfect no need parking

Everything was ok, nothing special, but the construction noise outside was terrible. Stuff is pleasant, nice little pool, good breakfast

If I pay good money for a room , the room is mine for my entire stay regardless if I come on time or not. If I paid already it shall be reserved. This hotel if you don't come on time they give the room you PAID for to someone else. Do not stay here.

Room and bathroom were spacious, comfortable and clean. Quiet. Upmarket area. Walkable to Park Kennedy and the coast as well as shops, restaurants and mini markets. Staff were helpful. We arranged an airport shuttle in advance through the hotel. Good buffet breakfast included. Lovely welcome drink was a nice surprise.

Clean, a bit outdated, spacious room, comfortable mattress

The hotel is in a very convenient location and provides the minimum necessary services. The room has a/c but no ventilation, so it was very hot and humid after showering. The wifi was often unreachable.

Good location but the hotel administration charged me for small floor damage that was not caused by me. The have paper laminated flooring in areas that should have ceramic tile flooring due to the dampness of the room. In essence, the visitor is charged for structural defects made by the management for choosing cheap materials.

Very nice staff and excellent service

It is decent with great location! The only complain is the the elevator is next to most rooms, so it is loud with the ringing sound everytime the elevator stops and opens.

A nice sister hotel to the main one across the street. Rooms were nice and we appreciated the good location and decent size pool. Breakfast had many options, and included fruit, yogurt, French toast, eggs, bread and soup choices.
