어쨌든 입지가 최고입니다! 어메니티등은 외자계 호텔과는 다르기 때문에, 스스로 준비해 갈 필요가 있습니다. 조식 뷔페는 물건이 많지는 않지만 매일 바뀌는 것이 기뻤습니다. 직원은 매우 친절했습니다!

The receptionists are very polite and helpful. The room is clean. Location is very central. The only issue is with the intermittent sound of air con that is quite old on room no 213. All else great.

Saya dan istri berlibur 3 hari di Brunei, bersamaan dengan hari raya Idul adha. Menginap di The Brunei Hotel. Hotelnya bersih, cukup luas; lokasi strategis : dekat dengan masjid Oemar, bus station, mall, juga Kampung Ayer. Juga ada shuttle bus yang mengantar ke tempat wisata, mall dan night market. Pelayanan hotel sangat bagus. Shuttle bus bahkan bersedia khusus hanya mengantar kami ke night market, karena kami ingin berangkat setelah sholat maghrib. Bahkan hotel memberikan kami late check out free sampai jam 16 , karena pesawat saya berangkat jam 19 malam. Hotel juga menawarkan fasilitas shuttle bus ke bandara dengan biaya lebih murah dibandingkan taxi. Petugas resepsionis Maria sangat ramah dan selalu membantu kami.

The hotel is quite nice and comfortable. There situated at very good location. So many area attractions are near the hotel. l’m very certified with the staff service, very friendly and helpful. I highly recommended this hotel.

The location was perfect, especially if you want to explore the city without rent a car. Bus station only 200 m away. Ferry station for crossing to Kampung Ayer only 100 m away. Souvenir shop also 500 m away. There's delicious restaurant at cross the hotel. Two things which I didn't really like were the room price was overpriced for 3 stars hotel and the breakfast.

Friendly staffs, good location, near to tourist spots area

The room is very spacious, nice and clean. The bed is absolutely comfortable, I got a very good night sleep. The location is really convenient, it is in the middle of Bandar Seri Begawan, and easy access to public transport in the city.

매우 전략적으로 좋은 위치입니다. 캄풍 아예르로 가는 보트 터미널과 모스크 근처에 있으며, 호텔 근처에는 자바 레스토랑이 있습니다.
