Staffs were very kind and accessibility to transportations are very easy. Only thing would be better is having refrigerator in every room and some kind of air conditioner or fans for some hot rooms during the day. I know its mountain side and its cooler still there were some hot rooms that could be uncomfortable for certain peope. But thankfully they changed me into the cooler room which was empty.

+ Clean rooms, warm blankets. + Location 100m from Les Diablerets Gare train and bus station. 30 min drive down to Gstaad: up to twice as long during rush hour in Gstaad + just about ok breakfast + Sauna box in house + Friendly staff Points for improvement: - More cleaning personnel capacity required at peak times. Our room only got cleaned towards 3 p.m. or even later in the afternoon/ evening. - An egg boiler would be helpful at breakfast. For now only scrambled eggs available. Add bacon, ketchup for scrambled eggs. Add lemon pieces for tea. Buffet dishes to be filled up also during the last hour of breakfast. - A shower needs to be installed at the gym and sauna area.

Staff not corteous but thats the Swiss in general. Was expecting more

There were building works going on in the hotel. At 8.15am on 2 of the mornings they started using power drills in the room next to mine. I was woken up both days and the power tools continued the whole day. It was incredibly loud and impossible to sleep, think or work.

La Chamois is nestled in a truly stunning setting—mountains on all sides, towering pines, and that crisp alpine air that makes everything feel a bit more magical. The location alone is worth the stay, with trails and vistas just steps away. The hotel itself is charming and well-situated, though the walls are a bit thin, so light sleepers may want to pack earplugs. Still, it’s hard to complain when you wake up to views like that. Conveniently located close to the train station. Super friendly staff.

Je recommande cet hôtel. La chambre est très propre et confortable. Personnel du soir très sympathique et accueillant. Petit moins pour la personne qui a fait notre check out, très froide, pas de sourire, ne nous a pas demandé comment était notre séjour, rien. Sinon le petit déjeuné était suffisant. Nous reviendrons!

l'attitude du patron, en effet un membre du n'a pas pu ce joindre à nous sa femme ayant eu un accident ménager, celui a refusé de reconsidéré la réservation initiale et nous du payer l'hôtel au prix initial, ce que je trouve pas très élégant de sa part. donc bonnet d'ane à celui-ci.

Chambre avec vue sur la route. Impossible de dormir avec la fenêtre ouverte. Dommage

Simple hôtel, but cosy and nice staff overall. Well located for a ski escape.

The location is good for the ski station and next to the train station. The room have nothing special and there was no sauna and the restaurant was only open for breakfast is it was the end of the season
