직원들은 훌륭했지만, 체크인 시간은 15시 정각, 체크아웃 시간은 11시였습니다. 또한, 일찍 체크인하거나 늦게 체크아웃할 경우 시간당 추가 요금이 부과되므로 친절한 서비스를 기대하신다면 실망하실 수 있습니다.

에어컨이 제대로 작동하지 않아 너무 더웠습니다. 옷 갈아입을 공간도 없었고, TV도 켜지지 않았습니다. 침대 밑에는 쓰레기가 있었고, 온수기도 작동하지 않았습니다. 다리미도 없었습니다. 단순히 휴식을 취하러 오는 거라면 괜찮을 수도 있지만, 회의가 있는 경우라면 아이들을 준비시켜야 해서 불편할 것 같습니다. 저는 이 호텔을 추천하지 않습니다. 직원들은 말레이시아어나 영어를 전혀 하지 못합니다.

훌륭한 숙박이었습니다. 리셉션의 라밧과 칸은 제가 편안하게 지낼 수 있도록 정말 많은 도움을 주셨습니다.

객실은 깨끗하고 좋은 편이지만, 엘리베이터가 없으므로 꼭대기 층에 도착하면 발을 밟을 각오를 하세요.

더 많은 것을 알고 싶습니다. Sebelah hotel ada Restoran mamak senang nak cari makan takyah pegi jauh2 cari makanan. Kalau nak shopping pun dekat.

Good place to stay, clean and safe, easy to get access for food and transportation.

Due to firefly flight delay from penang by 2 hours, reaching at 11.30 pm, the room is no longer available for checking in after the cut off at 10pm. No staff, no phone number and left stranded at the door. Understand the t&c after relook into the book, but won't choose any swings & pillows future travel, too risky.

I love this hotel, room clean and tidy and also good staff.

Staf hotel sangat baik, tak ada lift untuk family room mesti naik tangga, menyusahkan jika bersama anak-anak atau orang lanjut usia. Kebersihan kamar kurang, AC kotor nggak dingin, kamar bau rokok padahal ada larangan merokok. Koneksi WiFi jelek sering log out, tidak tersedia makan pagi.

Tak ada lift di sarankan ambil kamar lantai dasar, kamar bersih dan staf ramah. WiFi kurang bagus sering log out sendiri. tidak dapat makan pagi.

it was good and the services was awesome

It is only convenient for emergency night stay and cheap. But the service is rather poor. There is no refill of soap and shampoo in the container and no paper toilet rolls or tissue provided. The washroom lock was a bit loose and accidentally it locked on it's own when closed the door. Reached the receptionist counter and the giy is busy on his headphone and only after we showed our frustration that he pull off his headphone and asked our problem. And the solution is to wait until morning as only housekeeper keeps the key and this incident happened at 11.00pm. We need to wait for 7 hours before we able to use the washroom again. That is really annoying.

Clean and nice quite place to relax at your room. Staffs are nice and friendly. Food around this place is also not bad. If anyone like to walk, there is a Aeon and next to it Subang Parade so it's not dead boring u can still have fun. Rooms are simple and clean.
