O hotel é simples e atende as necessidades. De passagem. Bem localizado e com café da manhã que poderia ser melhor. Equipe muito boa e estacionamento bem defronte a 19 euros.

We loved the position of this hotel that was close to everything you want to see in the old town and the restaurants too. The staff were extremely helpful. Our room on the 7th floor had a very compact bathroom and when the door was opened it caught the knees and toes of the person sitting in the toilet behind. The toilet also had a constant leak and the shower head clasp was broken and kept coming off the wall. That said the hotel was of excellent value and the magnificent roof terrace with a stunning view of the cathedral made up for these small faults. Eating lunch from the supermarket next door or bringing up a drink in the evening were memories that we will never forget. Thank you

Nuestra experiencia ha sido aceptable,el hotel necesita meterle una buena reforma. Focos descolgados, taza del wc suelta,cuando digo suelta ,es suelta no floja. Olor a desagüe en la recepción y en los baños,cada vez que alguien tiraba de la cadena se oía a cualquier hora,incluso con la puerta del baño cerrada. Incluso avisando de los desperfectos ,pasaron del tema. Las vistas desde la azotea y poco más. Parking al otro lado de la plaza bastante cómodo contratado con el hotel. Poco más.

The location is perfect for visiting Jaen, right in the heart, with a public car park 200m away (no vehicle access to square) Breakfast was good, the staff helpful. A big problem is, you can hear every sound made in the adjacent room as though they were in your own room, including bathroom noises. We had to ask reception to ask the people in the next room to kill the noise at 12.30am, didn't get to sleep for another hour. The safe didn't work, the in room phone didn't work, we had to go down 2 floors at 12.30am to speak to reception. The windows didn't lock. Would only go back if these problems were resolved.

I like this place, but I was unlucky that I got a room where the shower had a serious problem. The water travels around the toilet when you take a shower. Also, a mouldy smell came out of the sink. This is an easy fix: pour hot water with detergent, and it will dissolve whatever is causing the smell.

Todo muy bien , situación 10 , el personal muy amable, todo limpio y bien cuidado , si es verdad q una actualización de acabados no le vendría mal.

Great location, close to the cathedral and less than 10 minutes from the bus station. Nearby bars,restaurants and coffee shops. Hotel public areas are very nice but our room was very tired, although very clean and spacious with a comfy bed. Breakfast ok if you just like versions of bread, nothing much else on offer.

Outdated Room. Not enough outlets. Smelly and small room. Expensive Parking. Difficult access with Car. Staff very friendly. Breakfast OK. Room Service good.

El personal ha sido muy amable. La habitación muy adecuada. El único problema ha sido la calefacción demasiado alta. Todo lo demás muy bien.

El personal muy amable y la ubicación del hotel excelente, pero las habitaciones descuidadisimas, nos tuvieron que cambiar de la primera asignada por que el olor era insoportable, los marcos de las puertas rotas, la moqueta del pasillo sucísima, mucho olor a polvo y humedad, dando a un patio interior de un vecindario descuidado y sucio. El baño antiquísimo. Salvo persona y ubicación, para no volver.

Un hotel muy viejo, que olia mal. El cuarto de baño lleno de manchas de moho en la paredes y los bordes de la bañera. Se oían las cañerías de otras habitaciones.Fuimos en grupo y todos los colchones pasados tanto que se clavaban los muelles en la espalda. El parking carísimo. Le doy dos estrellas porque el personal ha sido muy amable.

Das Service-Personal am Empfang war erst ein wenig pampig. Aber danach sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zimmer sind groß genug, nur das Bad ist etwas schmal - wie ein Gang. Frühstück war gut. Die Parkgarage liegt etwa 100 Meter entfernt. Direkt vor das Hotel kann man nicht fahren. Gesamturteil: Gut

Hotel Xauen is a gem in the center of Jaén. Come and check this hotel out. From the hotel you see spectacular views of the city of Jaen. This hotel’s bathroom was so clean and well put together that I actually could not leave without taking a picture of it. The staff at Hotel Xauen was courteous and professional. Clean room very nice service parking available near by at 18 € a night. The breakfast is nice and reasonably priced. Walking distance to cathedral a really good location for a visit to Jaén

Picked Jaen as a stop off during our motorbike tour and chose this hotel for its secure parking. Could not have asked for more, central location, secure parking and everything walkable from the door.

The worst Hotel since booking with Expedia... is eroding your prestige they were not to helpful, it was dark and dirty, the breakfast was just awful, and it took me 45 minutes to get there due to the location .... we went in circles because there is only one possible way to get there and evn the map and the gps could not get it right .. we have finally to go againts the traffic sense to be able to get there... the toilitery is even better in a chip motel.
