제 방은 2층에 있었습니다. 직원들이 있는 곳인 듯하고, 그들은 항상 새벽 3시 30분부터 큰 소리로 떠듭니다. 방에는 오래된 매트리스가 놓인 오래된 침대 두 개가 있는데, 낡고 퇴색되어 회색이지만 깨끗합니다. 방에는 커피잔과 물잔이 있지만 물은 없고, 워터쿨러도 인스턴트 커피나 차도 없습니다. TV 케이스에는 긁힌 자국이 가득하지만 여전히 작동합니다. 에어컨은 매우 좋습니다. 가장 나쁜 점은 직원들이 큰 소리로 떠들고 항상 웃기 때문에 소리가 났습니다.

Polite and accommodating staffs.

This hotel is highly recommended especially if you are traveling with a family & would like to stay in one room. Room was clean, spacious, aircon functioned so well, with bathroom. Amenities & with electric kettle. No noise. Most of. All, what I really like was the quick check-in & out. Response of the staff at the lobby.

Other hotels have mini ref in room, drinks and bottled water placed already in room but Andy hotel wala nganga, walang coffe sa room na usually ibang hotel ay naka set up na , walang heater para sa hot water kung nais mag kapi ng guest, walang complementary, walang nag aasist sa arrival guest . na usually sa mga hotels ay meron talaga , walang costumer service verry POOR . yung LOBBY ng hotel parang canten lang .other thing hnd malinis ang bath room. hnd marunong mag offer if may breakfast ba or wala ,walang communication sa guest.

Had the most awesome stay here in Cebu City - Andy Hotel with my sister. We really had a good sleep and very accommodating staff! Recommended. 👍

Great hotel, I arrive at around 8am at the hotel and they permitted me to check in early. Food is great however service is on small portion.

I was so surprise when I came back to my room and it was wide opened and cleaned. all my personal toiletries and other things are gone. I looked for the housekeeping and asked why they cleaned my room even I didn't put a "make up room" tag they said they thought I already checked out. When I asked the front desk they just threw questions like did you leave your room mam? and I think it was stupid. I'm just thankful I didn't leave valuable things like gadgets and money. This is not my first time with this hotel.In fact this is my go-to hotel if I'm so tired going home since it is located near my workplace but with this incident,I think I won't come back. I felt my trust to them is gone so I won't recommend this anymore. It made me feel that anytime the hotel staff can break in your room.

We enjoyed the stay at Andy hotel. The room was so spacious and clean. Staff were accommodating; we had breakfast in bed and the food was good. The location was convenient and accessible to malls, fast food, transportation, etc. We stayed in a family room (6 pax) but there were only 2 convenience outlets available. Overall, it was a superb experience!

The room is clean and the price fits into our budget.

The room was nice, it’s big and clean. One thing though is that the room was a bit dark since that there were only two lights, as you can see in the picture. For ladies, like me who do makeups, you may find the big mirror at the far end irritatingly useless. You’ll have to stand up so you can see your whole face and the lighting will really stress you out. I used the mirror at the bathroom instead. But anyway, my stay was comfortable enough to rate it great. 🙂
