여행안내소에 도착해서 부터 체크아웃 후 여행안내소에 도착할때까지 모든 게 완벽한 숙소였습니다. 풍경도 너무 좋았고 호텔의 친절함과 배려는 감사 그 자체였습니다. 식사도 석식, 조식 모두 좋았습니다. 언젠가 다시 미야지마에 가게 되면 꼭 다시 머물고 싶습니다.

오래된 건물이지만 매우 관리가 잘 되어 있었음. 반갑게 맞이 해주고 매우 친절하며 언제든 주요 관광지에 셔틀로 다녀올 수 있어 좋았음. 식사도 깔끔하고 신선했음.

친절한 직원의 서비스, 사진과 동일한 뷰, 셔틀버스가 있어 상점가와 신사를 왔다갔다 할 수 있다. 음식퀄리티도 나쁘지 않고, 온천도 관리가 잘 되어 있습니다.

The location is beautiful. A bit of a way from the town so the shuttle bus is really useful and the tourist information at the ferry terminal is more than happy to call for you if the bus isn’t waiting. The staff were all very welcoming and the public bath, dinner and breakfast were all very Japanese and very good indeed. I would definitely recommend this ryokan.

It was beautiful and very traditional hotel with with wonderful dinner ceremony! Absolutely would recommend we travel with kids and everyone was very happy.

This is a very peaceful stay away from the big cities; the traditional Japanese room was an enjoyed by our family of four. The meals are traditional which was a great experience for our kids but one can request American type meal if you’re not partial to seafood/sashimi or different textures. The shuttle is a big bonus as they picked up our bags in the AM from the ferry terminal so we could explore the area unhindered. The staff are very gracious and welcoming. 建物は少し古いですが、隅々まで掃除が行き届いていたので心地よかったです。お部屋の食器も類も埃一つなく、とても安心感がありました。また泊まりに行きたいです。

Super endroit, le staff est exceptionnel et très professionnel. Le dîner était excellent. (Si vous n’aimez pas le poisson cru ou les huîtres, prévenez l’hôtel : je pense qu’ils pourront vous proposer autre chose.) Nous avons vécu l’expérience à fond. Le sento était très agréable. Il y a également un service de navette pour aller voir le site de nuit (2 horaires pour l’aller et 2 horaires pour le retour). Pour les personnes qui ne comprennent pas l’expérience ryokan (vu dans certains commentaires Google) : • Oui, un futon est ferme. • Oui, il n’y a pas de volets : c’est simplement occulté pour ne pas être vu de l’extérieur, et la lumière vous réveille naturellement (vers 7h30 en mars). • Oui, le petit-déjeuner et le dîner sont assez tôt (avec deux horaires possibles).

Le service à la japonaise. Immersion dans un ryokan très sympathique, le personnel au petit soin, un repas et un petit-déjeuner au top (même si les huîtres n'ont pas eu un succès pour certains :-)). Nous étions 4 sur les futons et c'était aussi bien funny que dépaysant. Rapport qualité-prix excellent.

The hotel staff were all very warm and welcoming, making the stay feel cozy and pleasant. Although the hotel is about a 20-minute walk from the port and major attractions, the complimentary shuttle service is very convenient and generally available upon request during working hours. Considering the price, it's a great value for money.

宮島に早くついたので荷物だけ先に運んで下さりスタッフの方の対応もよかった。お食事の接待も丁寧に案内してくださいました。部屋に空気清浄機があるとよかったかと思います。

Chambre très propre Personnel au top et repas délicieux

La chambre est plutôt grande et confortable. La vue sur la mer est appréciable. En revanche le Kaiseki dîner et petit déjeuner, les saveurs était spéciales, bien sûr c'est une expérience.

The staff went over & above to make this such a memorable experience for my family & I… from the courteous welcome, to the authentic Japanese breakfasts & private dinners… the courtesy bus available at any point to drop us into town & collect us when we needed them, the bike hire which we used to explore the island… all so homely & truly memorable. Miyajima Island is so worthwhile an experience when visiting Japan & only 10 minutes by ferry to Hiroshima… such a beautiful experience for my whole family… we explored in winter… would love to go back in Autumn as well. Loved it!!!

Wonderful property. Listed as a hotel but definitely more a ryokan. Meal served in room…staff came in to set up bedding. Attentive and friendly staff, from greeters to front desk to housekeeping, restaurant and drivers. Arigato!
