很棒的渡假飯店，房間很大，設施不錯，大人小孩玩雪玩得很開心

The hotel’s remote location and beautiful views were wonderful! The hotel’s shuttle from and to Echigo-Yuzawa Station was very much appreciated. From Check-in to check-out the staff service was excellent. The Japanese/Western room was spacious. We had a corner unit with a view of the snow and trees. The booking came with buffet breakfast and dinner we were so happy and satisfied-the food layout was appetizing and very delicious. A free-flow of alcohol drinks during the meal was offered and we utilized it the first night of our stay-it is a timed period of 75 minutes at a small additional cost per person. We enjoyed both the hotels onsen baths. The main bath is on the first floor of the main building and it has an indoor and outdoor bath. The view from the outdoor bath is majestic and relaxing with the snowy field and trees. The second bath is on the 7th floor of the annex and it was only indoor but was still wonderful and stress-relieving. Since we were from Hawaii, USA the staff’s English was much better than my elementary Japanese. Translation apps on phones are useful. Everyone was kind and so helpful. Take a chance and stay at this wonderful hotel! We came during winter so we could snowboard. The hotel shuttle will take you to Echigo-Yuzawa station and then from station you can take free shuttles to the various slopes in the Yuzawa area. But I am sure this hotel is wonderful anytime of the year! Aloha Oe!
