I was staying to attend conference. English-speaking staffs and so friendly! Room is small but very comfortable. One thing you should now for hotel in Japan is they provides pijamas. And this hotel is different from other hotels I've been stayed before. They send new towels and pijama to your room everyday. The location is strategic! Only 3 minutes walk from Matsue station, and 10 minutes walk to international conference building. I strongly recommend.
