The best thing here is the wonderful staff. They assist us in almost everything from taking luggage to checking in. Good onsen but outdoor onsen was really small. Breakfast set was wonderful with japanese menus. Room is so so. For me as tourist it was Quite expensive hotel. Hotel location is faraway from city center
