전체 평가 및 리뷰 Chikuba Shinyotei

조용하고 분위기가 너무 편안했어요~ 다들 친절하시고 온천도 깔끔하고 사용하기 편했어요. 조식도 너무너무 맛있고 편안했어요. 저희는 차로 이동했기때문에 이동시 불편한 점도 없었고 주차도 무료이고요 근처에 생각보다 맛집이 많더라구요. 다만 차가 없고 일정이 많으시다면 이동하기 힘들것같아요.

We wanted to conclude our four week stay in Japan with something special and it was! This ryokan was so beautiful and the staff was outstanding. Our room was spacious and well appointed. The onsen was also spacious and the baths fabulous. Breakfast was delicious and authentic. We couldn't be happier. A wonderful memory!

Comfortable environment, very clean and room size is big too

This propery is elegantly docorate and well located property with large parking lots (#1 and #2) with Yunokawa onsen, restaurant and botanic garden nearby. The room is very spacious, clean and comfortable. Service is best in class. Everything is very close by with10 minute driving maximum. Both my wife and daughter really like the hotel. It makes this hotel a top choice for us.

素泊まりで13000円たかいね。

We had a wonderful stay at this Ryokan. My husband and son got up early to enjoy the onsen and we loved the traditional Japanese bedding. It is exactly the type of lodging we were looking for in Hakodate. We only wish we had more time to spend there.

We had a peaceful and rejuvenating stay here. The onsen was spacious and we hardly shared it with anyone. Dinner and breakfast were very high quality. The futons were super comfy too.

清楚な和風というイメージでした。館内も静かなのでゆっくりと寛ぐ事が出来ました。

ご飯が美味しいです。

Neat and clean good experience for traditional ryokan. Only the wall is very thin.

落ち着いた門構え、親切な対応、清潔な館内、静かなかけ流しの湯、美味しい懐石料理、、、。非常に満足しています。 　今まで湯の川で何回も宿泊していますが、一番良かったと思います。夫も孫たちも食事が特に美味しかったと申しておりました。

良いお値段がするのでかなり期待していましたが、設備もサービスもお料理も普通でした。

A really quiet and comfortable place But if you don't own a car, the place is a little bit difficult to find

湯の川温泉という立地ですが、とにかく静か。館内もお風呂も、室内もゆっくりした時を楽しむことができました。お香の香り、目立ちすぎないお花。心遣いが随所に感じられる素敵な宿です。

静かでくつろげる特別な場所

Hotel is amazing as always. This is the place I always stay when I visit Hakkodate. Breakfast and dinner was fresh and well stocked. The Onsen was clean and a perfect setting for an evening relaxation. Room was spotless location wonderful for local site seeing. Couldn't ask for more.

紅白を見るのを楽しみにしていましたがテレビがすごく小さかったのが残念でした

Drove a long way and reach the hotel in late afternoon, we are surprised by the greeting of the hotel staff. They are so friendly and efficiently lead us to our room and prepared welcome drink and some sweets. Rooms are big and the out door hot spring got an excellence garden view. Both dinner and breakfast are delicious. I can't meet another hotel better than this one!

We enjoyed quiet environment and special Japanese hospitality. Dinner and breackfast is mainly fresh seafood(no meat), so dericious. Thanks for this hotel, we made wonderful memories

高齢の父を含む家族 4人で泊まりました。部屋食 朝夕の二泊三日。仲居さんの対応も素晴らしく、気分良く過ごせました。 料理は2日とも、品揃えを変えらており、北海道の海の幸を堪能することができました。 父も喜んでおりました。いい家族旅行を過ごすことができ、感謝しております。
