저는 2개의 요청을 했고 호텔리어는 제 요청을 이행해 주었지만 예약 확인 양식의 요청 섹션을 확인해 달라고 요청해야 합니다. 전반적으로 8/10점을 주었습니다.

잠을 편안하게 잘 수 없는 사람에게 추천하고 싶은데, 주요 도로를 향하지 않은 객실을 원합니다. 제가 머물렀던 밤에는 마을을 드나드는 오토바이가 너무 많아서 소음이 너무 심했습니다.

방음이 안 돼서 차와 자전거 소음이 너무 커서 잠들 수가 없어요.

Air conditioner is old. Television broadcast not clear. Water supply once disrupted due to pump issue

Boleh la untuk saya brulang ke hospital pantai..berbaloi dengan harga cuma wifi lambat connect..tingkap bilik air perlu ada safety jika family ada bawa anak kecil,takut memanjat tingkap..so far semua ok,puas hati..tq

1) Aircon was faulty. I asked to change to another room. 2) The room given was located facing the busy Air Keroh highway. The room was not soundproof and the sound from the traffic could be heard throughout my stay. 3) It was not at all a 3star hotel as rated. I've stayed at 2star hotels which are much cleaner and more comfortable than this Kings Hotel Melaka. 4) The bed is just too saggy. 5) The towels provided smells and is full of stains.

Good but far away from jonker street.

Bilik yang selesa, bersih dan besar..sangat2 berpuas hati.

so far the room clean and tidy but we take time to sleep at night because we get a room ahead off a big road. Quite noisy but its okay just for one night.

The corridor and room lighting are so dark, and the breakfast just like 1star hotel

Kurang colokan listrik untuk charger hp.

Bilik luas, tetapi sabun mandi hanya satu.

Bilik yang selesa, luas dan banyak kemudahan dalam setiap bilik seperti tandas, pengering rambut, almari dll dan juga ruang tamu yang besar.

Basic, dated, smelly & unmaintained rooms though the apartment is spacious for 4 of us. Check in & out was smooth.

Tinggal di apartemen sama keluarga, karena dekat dengan rs pantai (berobat).
