the hotel has a very nice location at the middle of the town proper where you can easily access everything but the room is so untidy. they don't map. they just change the bed covers and the towels . also the hot water is not working on our last night I have to ask them why they didn't clean our room. so we have to go out so they can clean and it was night time. the towels are not good its cheap. some of the employees does not know what they are doing, you have to tell them. especially serving breakfast. they need to emprove and always bear in mind that cleanliness is a must. also the internet is very poor. they have to do something about there services. that they are providing. thank u.

It took them a long time to check us in into our room (40 mins delayed for the 2pm check in time). There wasn't any water, although they provided a bucket of water for us for the meantime. Good thing there was only 2 of us who checked in and not my whole family. The room was spacious and clean. But they could definitely do better with their service.
