전체 평가 및 리뷰 Mangga Boutique Hotel

전반적으로 모든 것이 괜찮아요. 3번 이상 이곳에 머물렀거든요.

제가 여기서 지낸 시간은 완전 재앙이었습니다. 방은 웹사이트 사진에서 약속한 것과는 전혀 달랐습니다. 방은 작고 더럽고 TV와 헤어드라이어와 같은 기본적인 것들이 없었습니다. 창문이 없는데도 방에 모기가 있었습니다! 침대 이불은 노란 얼룩으로 역겹고 욕실 조명이 켜지는 데 영원히 걸렸습니다. 에어컨은 한밤중에 계속 꺼졌고 창문이 없어서 정말 숨쉬기가 힘들었습니다. 제가 불평했을 때 직원들은 차갑고 도움이 되지 않았습니다. 전체적인 경험 때문에 안전하지 않고 불편했습니다. 이곳은 거짓으로 광고되었고 다시는 여기에 머물지 않을 것입니다. 퀸룸은 메이드룸과 같습니다. 가격 대비 완전 사기입니다. 전혀 가치가 없습니다.

사실 방은 괜찮았고 깨끗했어요. 콘서트가 있어서 그냥 여기서 묵었어요.

악시아타 아레나 콘서트를 보러 갔기 때문에 편의상 가까운 호텔을 선택했습니다. 호텔은 비교적 깨끗하고 시설이 좋으며 객실은 약간 작지만 여전히 편안합니다. 지원 직원을 통한 자동 체크인. 추가 관광세가 부과됩니다. 레스토랑도 꽤 가까워서 걸어갈 수 있어요. 특히 기차역과 매우 가까워서 매우 편리합니다. 항상 기차역과 같은 방향으로 가므로 길을 건너지 않아도 됩니다. 기차역 근처에 있다는 편리함 때문에 올바른 선택을 한 것 같습니다. 전반적으로 객실 품질은 가격과 동일합니다. 호텔도 매우 전문적입니다. 나는 그것을 추천한다.

Great staffs and fast internet! The only complaints are related to bathroom, kind of hard to know how to turn on the shower, and there was a leak on the toilet jet shower.

The room was nice, the service was very good. The staffs were very helpful. The breakfast was also nice, but you can claim the breakfast after 10am, which is quite late for breakfast. However, if you can't make it on breakfast time, you can move over your breakfast voucher to lunch/dinner as long as the restaurant still opens. Overall, good experience in this hotel.

Very clean room. Nice staff. Value for money. Condition exactly same like the pictures.

Good for budget hotel but can improve with aircondition old version & cannot adjust with fan blower. Suddenly no water but quick action from hotel. Shower not good. Room quite smell. Satisfy with parking lot in front hotel. But hotel different with pictures inside traveloka. Little disappointed.

The room was small for a family of 3. Last time I searched for 3 persons a room for this hotel but unfortunately there are no 3 persons room available. At last I booked 2 persons room and phoned to ask whether I can add on one single bed or not. They provide add on single bed for RM 50. When I checked in, I forgot to request for add on single bed. When I entered the room, I saw a queen size bed and the room was small. I went down to request for add on single bed but the staff told me that I can add on single bed but the size of the room is the same, hence if add on one more single bed the room will be even more squeezy. They have no bigger rooms. At last I requested for one extra pillow without any charges and my family and I need to squeeze on a queen size bed. The space of the room is small, and inconvenient for us to move and walk around. The bathroom is small too, the toilet bowl is not really clean and with no shower cap and hair shampoo provided. There are no coffee and tea packets provided in the room either. Only one tv channel has a clear and viewable screen and the other channels screen are not viewable.

Parking susah, masuk bilik bau rokok, masuk toilet pintu slinding macam nak roboh, water heater bunyi blh 1km dgr, cover jamban pecah, tv tahun gajah pnye, ape pnye cikai la hotel ni.

I always had the most pleasant stay here, with the fast wifi very convenient for me to do my work. Great place to rest and chill!

Nice hotel to stay. Beautiful decoration. Friendly staff and value for money. For sure I can come again. Already third-time check in here. Sometimes parking is full.

The room was not the same at all as in the pictures, in fact, it was very small. The air-conditioner was noisy and was too cold, if we turned it off, it was too hot, we were quite in a dilemma about it though. Towels and bed have brown stains on them. So yeah, many improvements needed to be done so that it is in par with the price that we paid, with additional RM50 because we checked in early in the morning. And we will not be staying here again.
