Defective aircon in cottage view room. One of our rooms was upgraded to superior cottage due to non availability but upon check in, defective bulb in the bathroom. Did they not check it ahead? Old facilities. No bidet. Salty water in the bathroom. Poor room service maybe because they're understaffed.

Pool amenities waterfalls are not functioning. Room shower is not satisfactory.

Very nice place and they've got the best people! 😍 Wanna go back.
