Just perfect love everythingg good price

It is just 1.5 year old hotel. Very neat. Clerks at Frontdest wasn't so friendly but acceptable. Hotel location is quite far from Almere City. About 10 mins by car but very easy access to A6 Highway to Amsterdam. No public transportaion I found nearby.

Malheureusement quand j’arrivée c’était 11:00 am et ils m’ont dit que ma chambre été as prêt chose normal, mais j’ai parti pour ma journée complète visiter Amsterdam à mon retour de 23:00 ils m’ont donné mes 2 chambres au sous-sol et ils m’ont dit désolé mais c’est les seules qu’ils restent car vous avez arrivé tard !!

We had a great experience during our stay. The staff helped us with flexible check-in, and we enjoyed the amenities including the pool and sauna area. We would recommend this property and stay there again!

We stayed for 3 days and not once was the room cleaned or bed done. For the price the hotel was okay.

Kamers waren goed. Het personeel was allen minder beleefd dat wat ik gewend ben van een Van der Valk hotel. Wellicht komt dat door de locatie

Mooi hotel

Property is nice and modern, however the room was dirty - lots of cobwebs outside, lots of cigarette butts too. Table tops were dirty and had to get cleaner to re wipe. Some of the towels were dirty and the tea bags provided looked very old. Hairdryers in the bathroom didn't work and had to ask front desk for a handheld. Staff were well presented, but rather snooty and rude. Disappointing for 4 star hotel.
