Buen ambiente

Excelente ubicación en Provenza; cerca de todos los Restaurantes y puntos interesantes del Poblado. El personal muy cordial.

Excelente ubicación si deseas pasear por Provenza caminando.

The staff was very friendly and professional, I’m going to come back soon , with more people, we were a group of 6 , we’re planning to go like 20 or 30 people next time, highly recommended

Hôtel au milieu de bars et restaurants sur rue piétonnière. Hôtel en travaux dans les étages,avec nuisances sonores ,poussière, et matériel dans les couloir. Grandes chambres, television dereglee Petit déjeuner buffet moyen. Choix limité, présentation peu soignée. Oeufs brouillés et accompagnements servis par une employée sont presque froids. Aspect général des parties communes mal entretenu. Personnel de la reception aimable

Excelente localización! Camas cómodas y aún que pensamos que el ruido molestaría, no fue así. Muy limpios, el desayuno variado y riquísimo para mi vale la pena full quedarse en este hotel. Queda alado del restaurante de karol g y la discoteca el callejón del gato.

Great location inside of Provenza. The hotel is very affordable for its location. It's not an elegant room, but it is still a good room and an incredible location.

Pretty much ground zero for a weekend visit to Prozenza...

Excelente ubicación. Desayuno muy bueno. Hotel antiguo nada de lujos. El estado de las toallas no era el mejor. Una de las almohadas tenía mancha de sangre. Le pedí que no entraran a la limpieza y como quiera entraron a la habitación.

If you're a light sleeper then this isn't the place for you. Otherwise, if you came to party in Medellin then this will suit anyone fine. The prices they charge seem to vary wildly depending on the season but that's Poblado I guess. I personally don't think their high season prices are worth the accommodations on the premises. They will charge you roughly $35 dollars if you bring in a guest.

Un lugar bien ubicado, con mucha actividad por la noche pero a la misma vez tranquilo. Lugar seguro. El hotel limpio y el personal muy amable .

La Gerente nos brindó todo el apoyo durante el proceso de nuestra estadía y en el reclamo. Muy servicial todo el personal.

You pay for the location, not for the hotel. The receptionist who works the night shift does not have a good attitude towards customers.I do not recommend it, I will not rent at the hotel ACQUA again. TU PAGAS POR LA LOCATION ,NO POR EL HOTEL. LA CHICA DE LA RECEPTION QUE TRABAJA EN LA NOCHE NO TIENE BUENA ACTITUD CON LOS CLIENTES . NO LO RECOMIENDO NO CREO VOLVER A RENTAR EN ESTE HOTEL. ACQUA
