Hotels.com을 통해 호텔 유지니아에 예약을 하고 예약확인 메일을 여러차례 받고 예약당일 호텔 유지니아에 도착하여 체크인을 하려하였습니다. 그러나 놀랍게도 이리 방이 모두 예약이 된 관계로 다른 호텔로 가라는 것이었습니다. 호텔 유지니아나 Hotels.com 어느 누구에게도 아무런 연락을 받은 적이 없었는데 너무나 당황스럽고 황당하였습니다. 그래도 호텔유지니아에서 인근의 다른 호텔을 소개해주어 가까스로 로브란에서 하루밤을 보낼수 있었습니다.

Det var rent. Stort rom. Så nyoppusset ut. Hyggelig personal. Bra AC. Nydelig frokost. Bra parkering. Fin beliggenhet.

Dies war unser erster Urlaub in Kroatien und nun ist sicher, definitiv nicht der Letzte. Das Hotel war wunderschön, authentisch sowie gut gelegen. Getoppt wurde es nur noch von dem herzlichen Personal, sodass unsere Erwartungen vollständig übertroffen wurden. Nur zu empfehlen!!!

It was a very very nice place with the most helpfull personal and the best morning breakfast. Was really nice and they even made pan cakes just for the kids.

Wir haben hier ein verlängertes Wochenende verbracht und uns vom ersten Moment an unglaublich wohlgefühlt. Das gesamte Personal war immer herzlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit – man merkt sofort, dass Gastfreundschaft hier wirklich gelebt wird. Auch das Frühstück war jeden Morgen ein Highlight. Das Buffet bietet alles, was man sich wünschen kann, und selbst kurz vor Schluss wurde noch alles liebevoll aufgefüllt. Besonders angenehm war, wie ruhig und unauffällig das Personal gearbeitet hat, sodass man die entspannte Atmosphäre einfach genießen konnte. Vielen Dank für die wunderschöne Zeit, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder

Der Strassenlärm ist sehr störend. Ansonsten ist die Villa Eugenia zu Empfehlen.

Nice hotel, but smoking was a shame! People were smoking in front of the door! Even at breakfast time in the garden where breakfast was eaten!! Unbelievable that this is still possible in 2025!

Charming and spacious villa with great vibes. The place had that lovely old-world charm, was clean and roomy, and the staff were amazing — especially sweet Natasha, who made us feel so welcome. We also really appreciated the healthy breakfast options each morning. A couple of minor issues: the fridge was in an awkward spot and I bumped my knees a few times trying to open it. Also, there weren’t quite enough power outlets, which made charging devices a bit tricky. Overall though, we really enjoyed the property and the surrounding area — would happily come back!

Alte Villa mit toller Ausstrahlung. Trotz der Nähe der Straße war es angenehm ruhig. Fußläufig kurze Entfernung zu Stränden und Altstadt. Fantastisches Frühstück. Gute Betten und Kopfkissen.

Nice hotel with kind helpful staff and amazing breakfast.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel sehr genossen. Der Empfang war freundlich und wir sind bei allen Fragen, die wir hatten, umfassend informiert worden. Das Frühstück ist einzigartig. Das Zimmer war groß und luftig durch die hohe Decke.

What a fantastic receptionist! A warm friendly welcome makes all the difference The standard rooms are located in the roof with dorma windows. Sea view perhaps should be described as sea side as alot of trees look like they obstruct view. Very comprehensive buffet breakfast with outdoor garden seating when weather permits. Very close to beach and pleasant walk via prom to centre. 2 negatives: they charge 15 euros a night to park when local car park (300 meters away)and on street is free plus 4* hotel and they charge 2 euros extra to make cappuccino with fresh milk rather than using powder milk from machine!

Excellent location, close to restaurants and bars, outstanding breakfast!!

We were only in Lovran for one night but wish we’d had longer as Hotel Villa Eugenia was so lovely. We were given a room upgrade upon arrival which was amazing. The room we were given was huge with a large terrace. So thoughtful to do this. The room and hotel as a whole was decorated to a high standard. The breakfast was great. So much choice and all very tasty! I suppose the only downside is that you have to pay extra for the car parking - something that’s included in all our other accommodations we are staying in. A minor point, but like I said, the only downside. Everything else was fantastic! We would definitely stay here again!
