너무 일찍 도착했는데 빠른 체크인을 해주셔서 너무 감사드리지요. 더우기 이탈리아는 ztl이라는것이 있어 시내 운전이 너무 힘들었는데 이 호텔은 ztl 밖에 있어 주차에 아무런 문제가 없었던것이 아주 장점이었습니다

내 집 주차장처럼 쉽게 주차할 수 있었다는 점에서 그간 받아온 주차 스트레스까지 확 풀리는 느낌. 생각보다 간편하고 빠르게 체크인 할 수 있어서 좋았고, 체크인 할때나 체크아웃 할 때 데스크 직원들의 친절함이 인상적이었어요. 클래식한 분위기의 호텔이고, 첸트로까지 도보진입이 가능한 거리에 위치해 있어 편리했구요, 호텔 정문을 나와 오른쪽에 일상용품을 살수있는 조그만 가게가 있어 유용하게 이용했네요.

A comfortable modern hotel with good sized rooms and spacious public areas around reception, about 10 minutes walk from the old town of Lecce (and also from the station). Small restaurants neaby are genuinely local and worth trying. Only small grumbles were meagre in-room amenities (eg glass and china are much nicer to drink from than plastic and carboard) and too few savoury options at breakfast.

The reception staff are the hotels biggest asset, professional and helpful. 5 minutes walk to the old town area, likewise to the archeological museum and railway station

Abbiamo soggiornato una notte, per un viaggio di lavoro, e abbiamo trovato un ambiente elegante con personale cordiale e professionale. Le camere sono confortevoli, spaziose, luminose e pulite. Vicino al centro lo si può anche, raggiungere a piedi, con un percorso di circa 15 minuti.Consiglio vivamente questo hotel . se un giorno dovessimo ritornare a Lecce senz alcun dubbio sceglieremo hotel delle palme.

The staff was very nice. The hotel was nice. Breakfast and dinner very good. The smell of the cleaning fragrance very strong. I did not like the area the hotel was in.

Quello che colpisce maggiormente dell'Hotel delle Palme è la gentilezza di tutto il suo personale, dalla reception, alla sala sino al custode notturno. L'Hotel è molto pulito, le stanze confortevoli e rinnovate di recente. È abbastanza vicino al centro storico (10 minuti a piedi). Ottima la colazione, con grande scelta e qualità (soprattutto per la parte dolce). Onestissimo il prezzo della stanza. Perché non 5 stelle, allora? Perché l'insonorizzazione orizzontale delle camere è totalmente insufficiente ed è facile intendere nitidamente i colloqui dei vicini di stanza, anche se parlano normalmente senza gridare. Insomma, fate piano e sappiate che se vi capiteranno dei vicini di stanza maleducati non sarà una bella esperienza.

Overall the stay was one of our best! However, there are a couple things that could be better. We were called back to the hotel because our dog was barking early evening, but people were allowed to late at night and continued without anything done. The other item was the breakfast - was great, but they need to have a warmer as the scrambled eggs were cold every day!

The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a modern vibe. The bedding was comfortable. The bathroom was clean. The room had a small balcony looking out over the front of the Hotel. Breakfast was an Italian-style buffet. The staff was professional and helpful. The hotel is located outside the old city, a short ten minutes walk there. The is a wonderful restaurant across the street, Capriccio Divino.
