Vista magnífica, café excelente!

Was eine Palast auf dem 15-16 Jhd. Sehr beeindruckend. Wir hatten ein Problem mit unserem Zimmer und haben problemlos ein Upgrade bekommen und uns wurden mehrere Zimmer gezeigt und angeboten, das alles um 22:30 Uhr. Sehr geduldiges und angenehmes Personal an der Rezeption. Lediglich das Frühstückspersonal spricht nur etwas English. Parken sollte man buchen, sehr wertvoll. Top Lage, die Anlage insgesamt sehr historisch aber doch steadiness die Jahre gekommen was definitiv dem charm eher zuträglich ist. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. Frühstück war ok, nicht aufregendes.

Our experience at this hotel was nothing short of magnificent! From the moment we arrived we were treated like VIPs! The staff was incredibly helpful, kind, and professional every moment of our stay. The location is outstanding, the views amazing and the rooftop terrace was something right out of a dream. Our room offered every luxurious convenience while also exuding the elegance and history of this magnificent hotel. It sits at the highest spot in Matera so every window offers a million dollar view. I wish we had stayed longer and I will never forget the magical experience Matera gave us.

We had a lovely time here! The superior suite was just beautiful. The views were amazing, the bed comfortable and air conditioning worked great The bathroom was wow wow wow I would stay here again as position was amazing

We had a fabulous time at Palazzo Viceconte. The views from the room and from the roof terrace are simply stunning, and the staff were very welcoming and generous. We got engaged while we were there and they even gave us a free bottle of Prosecco! We will definitely be back.

Eidola welcomed me, helped me park in the courtyard, checked me in, showed me my room and explained everything perfectly. It was the perfect introduction to a perfect stay.

Could not believe the beautiful reception rooms you walk through to get breakfast, as good as visiting a stately home. Our room was wonderful and the staff very helpful. The terrace area was a great place to watch the sunset.
