Inside room, very poor and lousy

I book have have window but I get no window

cuma pemanas air bilik mndi tidak bfungi..

First day, the staff give me a wrong room without window and the room is very smelly. I ask to change room but the staff said that he cannot confirm my booking. Secondary day, there have a electricity problem and the staff is not responsible well. In a word, the service and the facilities are not correspond with 3 star hotel.

The room smells bad. Towel is old and have some funny odour. The Bed, you are like sleeping on a spring. Had back pain the next day. The blanket is rough and not comfortable. Overall, definitely not a return customer.

The room is smelly, pillow is hard, toilet sink pipe spoiled

Don't have extra aircond remote. Need to turn on the aircond then return the remote to the counter. Have bug and insect in the bathroom. Bathroom in very bad condition. Towel very smelly.

Nice. Comfortable and sweet stay place

Good services, will like to visit again.

They did not change the sheets, also left the last guest's clothes on the bed, the toilet was not clean, it is a very bad hotel

Ok for a night stay. Not recommended for long stay.

No have hair dryer, aircond remote cannot function, dirty

So far ok but no water dispenser and quite a lot of small insects coming in from outside into the room.

Book for superior room which shown as picture but I got a small room!
