It has the best view of the Grindelwald. There are no tourists in the morning and evening, so you can enjoy the view calmly. The stars are clearly visible at night.

facility : It was very clean and the bathroom was completely new. However, you can feel the noise between walls and between floors. You can know the number of people in the room next door, the country where they are from, and the content of the conversation even if you don't want to know it. And there is no refrigerator in the room. accessibility : Highly recommended for those who like to stay in their accommodation. But there are restrictions on travel because you have to move according to the gondola departure/closing time. service : The staff are generally friendly and nice. Even though I almost had an unfortunate incident due to a taxi issue(Gratefully, the manager responded kindly and I checked out safely). However, an staff's comment, “If there is a problem with the taxis, they will take charge of from the hotel, so the customer should get confirmation” made me anxious all night and was very absurb(Fortunately the taxi arrived on time. Frutta Taxi👍). All customers who book this hotel make their reservations with accessibility in mind, but the hotel doesn't have their own pick-up service (even if operated for a fee), and doesn't even contact the taxi company and instead ask for confirmation, which is something I have never experienced in a hotel in any country. I don't know and care what happened between this hotel and the taxi company before, but it's non of custormers' business. I wish you were explanable nicely, if there was a certain reason for some issue.

스위스 여행을 계획하며 많은 것을 생각해 볼 수 있겠지만, 생애 처음 온 스위스는 보르트 숙소로 아주 멋진 기억으로 남았습니다. 고즈넉한 분위기와 압도하는 산들의 향연은 모든 근심을 잊게 만들기에 충분했습니다. 비록 편의시설이 다른 유명 호텔에 비해 거창하진 않았으나 친절한 직원분들과 방의 컨디션에 감사를 표합니다.

곤돌라로 올라가는게 아쉽긴 하지만, 친절한 직원들과 환상적인 뷰가 있음. 또 갈예정!!

엘리베이터가 없어서 너무 불편했어요

3박 4일동안 가족들과 좋은시간 보내고 왔습니다. 부모님도 이곳이 가장 기억에 남고 좋다고 하시네요 곤돌라를 타고 가야한다는 점이 조금 아쉬웠지만, 융프라우 vip로 원없이 타고 다녔던 것 같아요! 그린델발트 예쁘고 호텔도 너무 좋았습니다.^.^

그린델발트를 즐기기에 최고의 호텔. 두번째 방문인데 모두 만족입니다

4인 가족이 3박 4일 동안 묵었던 호텔입니다. first (피르스트) 를 가기 위한 케이블카에서 첫번째 정거장에 위치해 있습니다. 즉, 고도가 매우 높은 곳에 위치해 있어서 주변에 아무것도 없습니다만, 스위스의 장관을 매우 가까이서 느낄 수 있는 아주 특별한 곳입니다. 호텔 숙박하는 분 모두 가족 여행자들이 대부분이며 오셨던 분들이 또 오시는 곳이라고 합니다. 객실은 깨끗했고 4인 가족이 사용하기에 전혀 좁지 않았으며 식당은 상당히 괜찮습니다. 케이블카를 이용하기 때문에 3일 모든 저녁을 호텔 식당을 이용했는데 3번 모두 매우 만족했고 이 호텔에서 숙박하는 많은 가족들이 저녁을 이곳에서 먹었기 때문에 대 가족이 모여서 먹는 분위기가 나서 너무 좋았습니다. 진짜 스위스를 느끼시고 싶다면 이곳을 강력히 추천합니다.

렌트카를 이용해서 호텔을 찾아가는데 약간 힘들었습니다. 하지만, 호텔에 도착했을땐 그만한 가치가 있는 곳이었습니다. 아름다운 자연의 멋과 함께 즐기게되는 아름다운 여유... 스위스에 대한 좋은 기억을 남게 해 주었던 곳입니다.

The quietness is what we love, and the good food at dinner and breakfast is what makes our stay more memorable. We would love to stay here again and be happy to recommend this hotel to anyone we know.

The location is great, quiet, nice views, close to Hiking trails. Had dinner & breakfast there with friends. Food is delicious, service was good &staff are helpful & accomodating

In staying at 9 different hotels for our 2 week vacation this was our favorite hotel. We took the Gondola up to the hotel and then from there it was very easy to go to Grindelwald 'First' and was very accesible to some great hikes in the area, and then once the Gondola stopped at 6:00 p.m. it became very quiet and peaceful at the hotel. We had the restaurant and the mountain to ourselves for the rest of the night. Although we read many comments discouraging driving up to the hotel, we definitely could have driven up as we had good weather and the paved road is very driveable in the summer.

Quintin checked me in after I arrived late. He was extremely professional, friendly and kind. I will definitely refer all my friends and family to come to this amazing beautiful property.
