The view was fantastic, the facilities were clean, and everything felt trustworthy. The friendly staff were also great. However, I felt very uncomfortable with a few staff members who seemed annoyed, spoke rudely, or behaved in a dismissive way. This is not a criticism of all the staff. Unfortunately, despite many things being good, I don’t think I would visit again. It’s a shame. Also, the breakfast on the first and second day was… honestly not great, while it was fine on the third day. It made me wonder… does it change depending on the day of the week? Or on the number of guests? There was no consistency.

무뚝뚝하고 친절하지 않은 느낌의 직원들이 조금 불편했음. 주변환경은 아름답고 좋았으나 차가 없으면 이동하기 편리한 위치는 아님. 조식은 깔끔하고 괜찮았음. 오래된 느낌의 호텔. 중국인 단체 관광객이 와서 조금 시끄러웠음. 직원들이 제일 불편했던 호텔.

일정변경으로 급하게 잡은 호텔인데 행운이었어요. 그린델발트역에서 좀 떨어진 지역이나 차가 있어서 문제가 되지 않았구요. 야외 레스토랑에서 보는 뷰는 끝내줍니다. 직원들도 친절하고 음식도 맛있어서 만점 주고 싶습니다.

겨울엔 좀 춥지만, 직원분들도 친절하고 좋습니다. 다만 거리가 좀있어서 불편하긴했어요. 스키를 즐기러온 사람들과 동선이겹치면 힘들겠지만, 그시즌피하면 좋을것같네요~^^

스위스의 멋스러움을 그대로 느낄수있는 그런 호텔입니다 창가쪽 객실의 아이거산 전망은 정말 예술이였습니다..그리고 직원들고 정말 친절합니다~^^렌탈샵과는 거리가 있지만 셔틀버스가 자주다녀서 큰 불편은 없었고 정말 좋은시간 보내고 왔습니다

Love the location and the view. Very clean. Service is excellent at the restaurant. Food is great for dinner. Really easy to get to many attractions. Would stay again.

Room is very clean with a deck facing beautiful surroundings. Bathroom is on the small side. Parking is easy and spacious. Staff are great and breakfast is excellent.

The hotel was absolutely amazing! The views on top of the town of Grindelwald from the hotel were spectacular - mountain views galore! Breakfast café had windows overlooking the mountains also, and the food was varied and delicious. Our room was upgraded -larger, with a frig and view. The only downside was the hotel was above town, so the walk down was steep, and the way back seems impossibly steep!

Personalized attention by the staff. Great Breakfast. Great location as well. Rooms are also very well equipped.
