The room was quiet and clean. The staff were excellent to deal with. Very good location for looking at Luca.

All the reception, cleaning and breakfast staff were exceptional. The only thing that spoilt the stay was the area which was beyond the control of the hotel. There was a noisy club next door and on one night there football celebrations with fireworks that would equal Disneyland set off in the street and car horns that lasted 3 hours. But was beyond the control of the hotel

Free bikes to use to ride around the wall… loved

Meille loistava sijainti, heti muurin ulkopuolella. Hotellista saimme käyttöömme polkupyörät, mikä helpotti liikkumista ja ehdimme tutustua useimpiin muurien sisäpuolen tärkeistä nähtävyyksistä. Kattoterassin aurinkovarjojen alla oli kiva lukea kirjaa ja rentoutua. Erinomainen aamiainen.

Great location. Very helpful staff. Breakfast was good, and offered speciality coffee. Small room, but it was clean and I was just there to sleep. Bed mattress is very, very firm. I would stay here again.

I thought that the spa offering was both unique and a nice vip offering. I said no to the offering prior as I did not get an up graded room. I did request a different room because of the steps and we had told them before that we could not lug the luggage up more steps. They did move us to an end room but it was not any different than the one we had aside from the no steps needed to enter the room from the hall.

Excellent Hotel, good service and good location. Parking available behind hotel, easy access. Awesome breakfast, very friendly and polite staff. Very good Hotel experience.

We enjoyed our stay at Albergo Celide. The staff was friendly and a great help in setting us up with bikes that we were able to use for the full day to ride around the city. We were grateful to be able to check in at the last minute after having to leave a awful hotel that we were originally booked in by Travelodeals.
