Eccellente posizione. Personale estremamente cortese.

Struttura eccellente 😊 i pro stanza comoda , pulita,ricca di confort e kit cortesia. La Spa conveniente, funzionante , piccola ma ben fatta con tutto quello che serve per farti rilassare. Personale gentile e disponibile. Non abbiamo mangiato per nistra scelta. Posizione strategica. Prezzo medio giustificato dalla tipologia

Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Zimmer sind für 4 Sterne Hotel bescheiden. Duschkabine ist sehr klein und düster. Ansonsten ist OK

Ein bisschen abgenutzt. Nasszelle ist mickrig. Da muss man sich schon reinpassen. Ansonsten ist ok

Rooms were clean and the breakfast was good

Great location with free parking. Breakfast was good. Staff very kind and accomodating. Our room on the upper loft floor was a bit claustrophobic though.

A great location, this place is great to be near the action, but not right on top of it! About a ten minute walk to the walls of Lucca, this is the perfect place to stay! Staff was extremely helpful with information about Lucca and the surrounding area and even helping us set up drivers (car or van) for our next stay (this was done pre-arrival I would recommend it)! There was a spa onsite, but as my family and I (3 total (English speaking only but that was not a problem)) only stayed one night, we were unable to experience it due to the sort of funky hours and us wanting to explore the city. The room was perfect for 3 almost suite like with separate bedrooms. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to go to Lucca, but doesn't want the over-inflated prices or hassle of staying in the city walls!
