Very friendly staff and good breakfast. It takes about five minutes ride to Riva del garda and you can easily walk there if you want( max 30 min). The bus stop is right outside the hotel.

Siisti ja moderni huone, herkullinen aamupala, hyvää kahvia. Talon lähistöllä ilmainen parkkipaikka. Todella ystävällinen henkilökunta.

Für Sportler wäre gegebenenfalls ein ausgeprägteres Frühstück ideal! Möglicherweise eine Müslibar mit Haferflocken, verschiedene Samen, etc. Sonst war es super!

Stayed for 3 nights whilst taking part in the Lake Garda Marathon. Stunning scenery and fantastic hotel. The staff went out of their way to make the stay very comfortable. In particular, Katerina who went above and beyond to find a taxi the morning of the run given that all taxis seemed to be booked. The oils definitely stay again. The room was great and the restaurant was also really good. Easy to get to Riva by foot or bus.

Das Hotel liegt nicht direkt am See. Man braucht ca 5 zu Fuss zum See. Frühstück ist sehr gut. Zimmer modern. Hat man ein Zimmer zum Parkplatz (kostenlos) hinterm Hotel kann es Morgens laut werden.

Esperienza positiva, pariamo dalla camera, standard minimale ma confortevole, silenziosa e una doccia molto gradita. La colazione è abbondante e ricca di prodotti di qualità. L'ambiente è rilassante e confortevole. L'unica nota , a mio avviso, poco positiva è il parcheggio a pagamento a 15 euro a notte, anche se fuori a poche decine di metri c'è un parcheggio non a pagamento ma che non è di proprietà dell'Hotel. In definitiva, ci ritornerei sicuramente.

Alles in Allem ganz ok. Was uns generell stört sind die Kosten für den Hund. Nach unserem Aufenthalt merkt man nicht, dass ein Hund im Zimmer war. Ich wäre für eine Pauschale pro Aufenthalt und nicht für einen Betrag pro Übernachtung.

The hotel looked great from the outside. Inside reception was also nice but carpet on stairs a bit grubby, but dogs were allowed in the hotel so not a surprise. Reception staff amazing, extremely helpful, kind & nothing was too much trouble. The same can be said about the breakfast staff & cleaners, a really professional & helpful team. The room on the other hand I found a bit annoying. A bath in the room where you sleep, quirky but ok I can let that go but a window between the bedroom & the shower so you have a birds eye view wasn't really my thing. My other friend's room had a clear section in the door to the bathroom so you could see when someone was on the toilet. Ok for some couples but not between friends. The other thing only 1 mirror in the bathroom, no other mirrors which is crazy especially if someone is using the shower. There needs to be another bin & tissues in the sleeping area. Hanging space is ok but hardly any drawer space so this can be a bit tricky but certainly not a deal breaker. Sockets with USB ports would be helpful but again not a necessity. The staff absolutely make this hotel work they really are a credit to the place. It's situated close enough to shops, restaurants, the lake etc. only a short walk & you're in the hustle of the town. It's a truly magical place to stay. It's beautiful, people are friendly & the limoncello spritz are a necessity! Overall if you use the hotel as a base it works very well, it just needs a few tweaks.
