Außer die Lage, das Personal und der Empfang kann ich leidernichts loben, die Ausstattung war alt und mit Flecken versehen, das Zimmer war nicht sauber, die Toilettenspülung war defekt und aus einem Wasserabschluss lief wasser aus.

In side the room and toilet I didn’t like

on website they showed its 4 start but its not even 1 star. extremly dirty and filthy . washroom was ao dirty not useable. dust evey where . seems like not even cleaned the room from ages . breakfast was cold and stale

Not a place where you wanna be more than 2 or 3 days. But for short term ok ish.....room Service Is kindof stoneage so you need to communicate any single towrl you might need

Rooms need refurbishment. Bedding was dirty the pilliw dirty and stink. No doyble glazing window. It was so noisy we could not sleep. Thr guy in reception over charge us the stay duty. The toilets horrible. The toilet seat cover was not fitted properly and it flushing citerna made noise all night as if there is leeking somewhere. The only good thing in the hotel was the breakfast though the Moroccan tea was cold.

Air conditioning was good. Shops ok variety. Breakfast was very basic. The shower pipe was leaking, not repaired for next day, after complain. The toilet was badly stained.

The hotel exterior had seen better days, but clean and comfortable inside. Nice size rooms and clean. However on arrival at 4pm there was no towels in the room. Not even a small towel after toilet visit to wash/dry hands. Towels didnt turn up till 7pm, I had to sit and wait to have a shower before going out. Again on the 2nd day, towels didnt turn up till 6pm. There wasnt much of an apology either, i asked for a free beer on the 1st night as compensation whist waiting 3 hours, got flatly refused.

Arrivant pour une urgence, tard a 23h30 , jetais ravie de pouvoir trouver un hotel a la derniere minute , au bon prix. Par contre, rien ne fonctionne dans la chambre, pas de TV, CLIM en panne, pas d'ampoule aux lampes de chevet, WC sales (chasse d'eau non tiree...) Petit dejeuner acceptable Par contre jai eu un tres bon accueil, personnel tres agreable.

Breakfast was ok… place… you get what you paid for… but given the price I paid I can’t complain too much… many basic things are not taken care of but again I can’t expect a royal treatment for a low price. Fair

The staff at the hotel reception were amazing and polite. Howver - the room i was given, the toilet seat was broken and when i sat on it - i fell off this injuring myself. The shower was full of flies. I stayed 1 night as i had no choice and the next day - moved into an expensive riad but i had to apply for a refund from my bank This place is diagusting

At check the room given to me was more than just horrible. I entered the room and gush of cigarette smell hit me first. Upon checking the bathroom i almost fainted. EXTREMELY DIRTY, NO SOAP, NO TOWEL!!! I requested change of room and everytime i was told they are fully booked. I had a 9 night stay, one of the nights when i came to hotel i again requested change of the room which was shot down again. When i entered my room SOMEONE WAS ALREADY IN MY ROOM SLEEPING. I ran to reception where the staff were being insulted by someone already. I explained my issue and they looked at me in disbelief. I had to check in again and they gave a new room (remember i had a discussion with them 5 mins ago and they told me hotel is full). The room i went into didnt have AC remote and the key card was not given to me. Then again my room changed but this time i was given a new room which AC turned on but it won't throw cool air. Then again i was taken to a new room which bathroom was nothing short of gutter. Breakfast was not good either. If you were not lucky enough to get the orange juice in the beginning then you wont have it at all. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

Very very poor service, I recommend you to avoid this hotel as much as possible. reception does nothing to help the customers, almost no cleaning, they didn’t even change the towel, no stable wifi in the room, no fridge, bad breakfast. the worst hotel experience ever.

Lots of opportunities for improvement

The rating is based on the price we paid. Meaning, had it been more expensive it would have been a 1 or 2 stars. Also keep in mind that in Rabat, you may pay double the price and not have way much better. The plus: Beds were good, clean sheets and comfortable. The AC was working in our room. The staff is really welcoming and kind. Know that anything that is not to your liking or you need, they will do all they can to make you happy. But you also have to understand the mean they are working with. Breakfast is included in the price. It’s a decent one. I would recommend not to go too late (less options). The food is ok (not great, not bad, for the price of the room) Lasty, and this is a big plus when you are in Rabat: plenty of “petits taxis” drive by so you don’t have to wait too long and to return they all know “Oscar Hotel” so you don’t have to explain where you are going. The room we were in (facing the side street) was fairly quiet (hard to find in this area of Rabat) The cons: They don’t give you a floor mat i. The bathroom. We had to ask for a small towel to out on the ground. The bathroom is extremely out dated. It’s clean, but it doesn’t look like it. Really set low expectations (no place to put your items, bottom of toilets color is questionable, mold in the shower), yet they clean. You just have to consider it like the bathrooms at the public swimming pools (you just shower and go) They have 2 elevators but some reason only one of them stops on the 5th floor.
