서비스와 청소상태가 최악이었음. 침대 시트도 안갈아주고,물도 먹다남은 전날꺼 그대로 놔두고 냄새도 나고 최악이었음.

was very nice, especially some self bar can be used freely for guest is best for me. Having coffee or tea on the terrace was wonderful...

It is a 10 minute walk to the railway station and it is a bit uncomfortable to arrive at the hotel in an hour interval time by bus, but it meets the feeling of being quiet and resting. I enjoyed a cup of tea on the terrace and a family-like breakfast.

우리의 시골마을처럼 조용하고 편하게쉬며 관광을 즐길수있었고 시내까지 연계할수있는 무료버스쿠폰을 주셔서 좋았읍니다. 다만 같은이름의 호텔이 그린델발트에도있어 처음에 그곳으로갔다가 다시 찿아갔읍니다.혼선을 피하도록 방법을 강구해주셨으면합니다.

아침식사도 괜찮았고, 전반적인 느낌 좋았습니다.^^

시설이 낡은 편인 것 같긴합니다만, 가격대비는 전반적으로 괜찮습니다. 시내에서 버스로 이동해야 합니다. strongly recommend하긴 어려울 것 같고 약(?)추천합니다.

스텝은친절하였고 조식도맛있었으나 위치가 빌더스빌역에서걸어서5~10분거리.주차무료.

편안하고 깨끗하고 비수기하서 그랬는지 조용하고 좋았어요. 인터라켄시내하고는 거리가 있지만 인터라켄까지 무제한 버스무료 티켓을 주어서 좋았슴. 샤워부스가 너무 좁은 것이 조금 흠인데 나머지가 만족스러워서 평가에 영향을 미치지는 많을 것 같슴.

낡고 조금한 방이지만 동화속에서 상상할수 있는 아늑하고 예쁜 방이였어요 근처에 기차역이 있어 바로 융프라우에 갈수 있어서 접근성도 좋습니다 여행다니느라 아침을 못먹어본것이 아쉽네요

Wilderswill역에서 언덕을 올라 10분정도 가야 호텔을 찾을 수 있어요. 그리고 저녁시간엔 인터라켄ost역에서 기차가 한시간에 한대 뿐이어서 자칫 잘못하다가는 한시간을 기다리게 될 수도 있는 곳이죠. 전체적인 느낌은... 인터라켄 근처 호텔이 산장같은 곳이라 도시의 호텔만큼 깔끔한 느낌을 주진 않아요. 그래도 직원들은 아주 친절합니다! 전기포트나 전자렌지가 없어서 문의했더니 밖에 있는 조리대를 쓸 수 있게 직원이 설명해주었답니다.

WildersWill에 위치하고 있어서 교통도 편리했고... 숙소또한 깔끔하고 깨끗해서 맘에 들었다. 조식도 포함된 금액이라 아침도 간단히 먹을 수 있었고...조식도 깔끔하게 나온편이다. 한가지 아쉬운 점이 있다면 4인실 패밀리객실이었는데 욕실(화장실)이 방밖에 따로 되어 있어서 조금 불편했다. 이 점만 제외한다면 만족할만한 좋은 숙소였다.

Nice cozy place in Wilderswil, which is 10-minute drive from Interlaken. Good price. We got a "family suite" on the 2nd floor (3rd floor by US term.) with typical narrow stairs. It was essentially the top floor of the cozy building with two rooms and a common bathroom at the end of the short hallway. They give you free transportation tickets to Interlaken, so make sure to check in beforeward. I thought the newletter during the breakfast was a nice touch: it welcomes and farewells the guests by their last names. I kept mine! :)

Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean and updated. An elevator would have been nice but would have changed the authentic vibe of the hotel. Would definitely stay there again.

Great location, Loved the area and didn’t know Alpenblick – Wilderswil restaurant received a MICHELIN STAR in 2025 so that was a bonus. Had a wonderful dinner with Champaign topped with their in-house elderflower syrup... delicious. Chef: Richard Stöckli Cuisine: Contemporary / Seasonal

Breakfast was good, but the location was inconvenient since it is a 10- to 15-minute uphill walk. The hotel building is very old, and all the room fixtures—especially in the bathroom—are outdated. The hot water control did not work well. Additionally, the kitchen staff was unhelpful when we requested ice, and the lady in the breakfast area was rude when I couldn't figure out the coffee machine and it accidentally spilled.

Tivemos uma estadia excelente, pa funcionários extremamente gentis e atenciosos. Na recepção, no cafe da manha (funcionário Francisco), no restaurante do hotel. O ambiente é muito acolhedor, um chalé cheio de charme. O restaurante tem o chef com estrela Michelin e os pratos estavam deliciosos. Comemos uma batata rosti e fondue tradicional de queijo, fantásticos!

Hotel un poco viejo, cierto es que tiene algunas habitaciones reforzadas pero otras que dejan mucho que desear, nos dieron una habitación pesima que luego nos cambiaron por otra más reformada pero muy pequeña. Tienen que mejorar mucho, el desayuno bastante aceptable y bueno, lo mejor un Camarero llamado Javier que es bastante servicial y agradable. Muy cerca de Interlaken.
