There is no lift provided from car park level to the lobby. Food is not tasty.

Very good service despite the price was reasonable

Near town and good place to stay.

Very satisfying. Will surely be coming back again soon.

The hotel was comfortable with tasty breakfast. The view from the 16th floor was pretty. The room lighting control is very convenient. The room service was very polite and it felt nice to obtain daily newspaper. It is a shame that the WiFi provided felt very slow. Hopefully it can be upgraded for all the future customers. Worth the money I spent.

Makanan kurang memuaskan, tidak sedap.

Servis di coffee house sangat cepat walaupun masa hampir tengah malam.

Great hotel and location. Poor facilities and maintenance. Sometimes looks old theme..

Perlu penambahbaikan untuk perkhidmatan towel kat pool.

Pro: Great view! Good service and staff. Nice breakfast. A mall with bowling just next door to the hotel. Cons: hard to find malay food stall on day. On night got a few food stall but have walk a couple blocks from hotel.

훌륭한 호텔이고 음식도 훌륭합니다...휴가 때 꼭 이 호텔을 이용해야 합니다...

The guy receptionist superb friendly but the lady one is bad. nice stay but bad facilities

very old hotel, there is noisy sound like renovations under progress. the bath room not clean. the safe box can't be use the food too salty.

Blik selesa. Service tiptop. Staff semue friendly. Harga berpatutan. Cuma kena pelbagaikan menu breakfast dan menu order makanan dari bilik guest, yang lain ok.

Tahap kebersihan di tempat sarapan kurang memuaskan. kotor dan penuh dengan debu. makanan kurang sedap.
