One of the best beaches I've ever been to. Beautiful emerald water and dazzling white sand. Most of all, their unbelievable kindness and thoughtfulness. Thank you, Frank and all others there. My daughter, Yuna now has unforgettable beautiful memories in her small heart.

Absolutely perfect! This was my second time visiting El Nido. I stayed in town previously and at Pangulasian this time and the experience just does not compare. The privacy being on the island, the kindness of the staff, the beauty of the property… I cannot say enough good things. I cannot wait to return!

The must do spot on your Philippines trip. From start to finish it was perfect. The breakfast, the activities, the attentiveness. The staff at your call and such friendliness. The beautiful villas. The beach. The people you can befriend on the private island. Nothing was ever an issue. They treat you just like family.

Hotel incrível com uma praia lindíssima. Água cristalina com um recife de corais maravilhoso em frente. O café da manhã e jantar são maravilhosos. Toda a equipe muito amável. Vale a pena fazer os passeios privativos e pagos a parte no hotel. Fizemos 3 dias de pêssegos e tivemos uma experiência incrível. Eu voltarei com certeza. El nido é Um dos lugares mais lindos em que já estive na vida.

Absolutely amazing staff who go beyond the call of duty, but the rooms need some loving tenderness to complement the resort which is absolutely breathtaking.

We had an amazing stay and I can't recommend it enough. Plenty of small touches that made our stay incredible.

I highly recommend this property. From the time you step in the island every experience is curated with the enjoyment and satisfaction of the guests. The hotel staff from the GM to the groundskeeper is super gracious and nice showcasing Filipino hospitality at its best. The only downside is the availability of flights to get to Pangalusian. The flights are very expensive and not reliable. I wish there was another way to get there. I would come back to Pangalusian despite the flight hurdles.

The property, amenities, and most importantly, the staff are wonderful. They delivered a global five star experience.

Jeg har været på mange resorts på Philippinerne og Pangulasian er virkelig en liga for sig. Det er et helt magisk sted med smukke udsigter lige meget hvor man ser hen. Vores hytte direkte på stranden var ude af denne verden. Vi kunne se og høre havet når vi lå i sengen. Et kæmpe stort og lækkert badeværelse. Personalet er utrolig søde med rigtig god situationsfornemmelse.

We were a family of 4 adults (parents and daughters) and we stayed in 2 separate beach villas. At the check in we have been told that the two villas are not going to be next to each other. They are actually going to be far from one another. After complaining we got the two rooms next to each other. Also, we have been told by the dive master that we will not be able to dive for at least the first 2-3 days because they don’t have enough staff. I have been in touch with the hotel reservations for almost 8 months and in none of the correspondence I have been told to book the dives in advance. Luckily the resort go us an excellent dive master from El Nido. He (Larry Tonia) saved our trip and made it unforgettable. Re the dive boats, they were not built for diving. The boats are actually extremely unsafe for divers. If you need more information and details about this matter, please free to contact me. The villas were excellent, very spacious, lots of complimentary toiletry, 2 A/C’s, ample closet space, etc. Housekeeping and ground keeping were beyond excellent. The bar on the ground level and the restaurant in the upper level were amazing. The food was excellent and fresh. They accommodate our dietary restrictions every time. The service was in both places was beyond outstanding. Special thanks to Joy, Max, Nors, and everyone else.

Absolutely incredible!! A must visit! I could easily write a paragraph on the exceptional service, food, environment, accommodations and staff, BUT it wouldn’t do it justice. This is one you must experience for yourself and allow it to envelop you. A special thanks to the GM, Thomas for managing and training and outstanding staff and keeping the grounds pristine.

The Pangulasian Island Resort was prepared/well organized for our arrival to the resort (group of 5 including a 22 month old baby). First of all, there was the welcoming group arrival & departure greetings. Secondly, the resort made extra effort to locate our luggages misplaced by the airline that handled our transfer from the airport to the Lio Jetty. Thirdly, the resort understood the speciifc needs of our group with a dedicated escort/guide from start to finish. We look forward to re-visiting the resort in the future.
