1. Unnessqry charges for towel stain. Up to rm40 charged on me. 2. The towel is in the torn stage not even wort for rm 10.0 very disappointed customer service. 3. Pillow is smelly cover with pillow cover. 4. Aircondition very stuffy not cool. 5. Room door enterance key not working until report and supported with master key. Overall not wort for money.

Great location very convenient to stay here. There are foodcourt, cafes and hawker in walking distance from the hotel.

Didn’t provide the sign of Room Service at the door. Also don’t have safety box. Thought no room service. Then just put the valuables things in the room. When back to hotel room. My room had the room service. Luckily no missing valuable things. The other one, sleep until midnight fire alarm on. Go to front desk ask, press wrong. :(

Very convenient to get breakfast, dinner easily. A great place to stay.

Front desk guy misinformed us and caused us extra money for staying 2 hours past check out time.

Good environment, good air conditioner but lack of variation of TV programmes, do not have hair dryer, can improve by adding some hair dryer.

Hotel is located in the middle of town, which makes travelling around town very convenient.

We reached late due to heavy traffic and we were glad that the room were available. The room were clean and comes with 2 bathroom for the family suite. Various restaurants available for breakfast. Highly recommendable for family. Also comes with a guarded parking space.
