우선 방이 너무나도 깨끗했고 아늑해서 혼자 자는데 편안했습니다. 게다가 어디서도 볼 수 없는 조식 메뉴가 최고였습니다. 비록 한번밖에 먹지 못했지만 외국여행하면서 가장 맛있던 조식이라 잊지못할것 같아요. 조리사분, 호텔직원분 모두모두 친절하셔서 좋았습니다. 다만 위치 찾는게 조금 힘들었으나 주변에 아시는 분들이 많아서 물으면 바로 대답해주셨습니다. 아무튼 기억에 남을 숙소였습니다.

객실도 깔끔하고 화장실에 욕조도 있고 좋아요! 글구 침대외에 소파가 하나 더 있어서 세 명이서 자도 괜찮을 것 같아요!! 다만 단점은 베네치아가 미로 같아서 숙소 찾기는 좀 힘들어요 ㅠㅠ

새로 리모델링해서 매우 깨끗하고 위치 리알토다리에서 가깝습니다. 조식 괜찮았고 직원분들도 친절합니다. 다만 골목 안쪽에 있어서 처음에 찾을때 좀 헤맸어요. 아닌것 같은 골목 안쪽으로 쪽 들어가세요. 참고로저는 가성비와 위치로 선택합니다. 매우 만족한 호텔입니다.

본섬으로 숙소를 계속 찾다가 어느 카페에서 우연히 호텔 이름을 알게되었는데 사람들이 잘 모르는 호텔이었어요 리알토다리 근처라고 하여 일단 위치가 맘에 들어서 계속 보다가 최근 리모델링한 사진을 보고 베니스는 솔직히 본섬에 가성비 괜찮은 호텔 찾기 어렵다고 하여 고민했는데 결론은 대만족~^^ 가족 모두 좋아했구요 일단 최근에 리모델링해서 그런지 너무 깔끔햇고 방은 아담했지만 아기자기 참 맘에 들었어요 직원들도 친절했구요 ㅎㅎ 저는 담에 가게되면 여기 또 묵을 의사 1000프로 입니다~^^

서비스도 좋았고 룸 컨디션이 아주 좋았습니다. 관광지와 거리도 가까웠고 주변 거리를 돌아다니기도 좋았습니다. 한국 관광객들이 많이 찾는 곳이니 한국말 서비스도 부탁합니다

리모델링 한지가 얼마되지 않아 룸 상태 아주 좋습니다. 2인용 엘리베이터도 있고 아침도 먹을만 합니다. 리알토 다리에서 2분! 단점 너무 골목입니다. 다시 갈수 있는 호텔입니다

베니스가 처음인 여행자로서 찾아가기 쉬운 위치였어요. 호텔 옆에 바가 유명한 곳인지 사람들도 많고 늦게까지 불이 켜져 있어서 밤에도 무섭지 않고 찾아가기도 좋았어요 그렇다고 시끄럽지는 않았어요. 위치적으론 완전 좋음. 시설도 걱정했던 것보다 좋았어요.

The breakfast option was not great in terms of selection. Wish there was a kettle in the room and at least one complimentary bottle of water. It was very clean however and the staff were very friendly. Good size bathroom and shower.

Save your money and go anywhere else but this hotel!!! We had literally just stepped in and were bringing our luggage in when we were told abruptly and very rudely “close the door” before any kind of welcome. We then were told that we needed to hand in our room key each time we went in and out of the hotel for “safety reasons” which we have never had to do anywhere else, this made us feel very uncomfortable leaving anything in the room even if it was just our luggage. Once we got to our room we firstly noticed that there were multiple mosquitos and insects flying around and that our room was muggy and warm so as we went to turn the aircon on we realised that it wasn’t working so we asked the hotel staff about this and were told it was previously a cold night so we’ve turned the heating on. We were then made aware that they worked off 1 system only which isn’t very accommodating especially being a hotel. When speaking with the hotel staff on checkout, we gave feedback on our stay and the response we got was “write a review” so here it is. The staff throughout our stay were all very rude, obnoxious and not bothered at all. We would not recommend this place to stay no matter what. Honestly save your money and book anywhere else but here. We’ve never had an uncomfortable stay anywhere like this before.

Minha estadia foi excelente! O hotel é muito limpo e bem cuidado, com quartos confortáveis e tudo em ótimo estado. O café da manhã é delicioso, com bastante variedade e produtos frescos, perfeito para começar o dia. Os atendentes são extremamente educados e prestativos, sempre prontos para ajudar com um sorriso. Além disso, o hotel tem uma localização excelente, perto dos principais pontos turísticos, restaurantes e meios de transporte, o que facilitou muito os passeios. Recomendo sem hesitar — ótima relação custo-benefício e uma experiência muito agradável!

This place was a little hard to find but its a gem and the staff were so friendly and helpful. Bed was fantastic too.In an awesome spot close to the Rialto Bridge.

Hotel bom, mas apertado, o local não foi das melhores, pois fica meio escondido ao lado de bares e restaurantes . Primeira noite, estava com muito barulho por conta do bar embaixo do hotel. Estava em uma viagem romântica de casal. Quarto que escolhemos era muito pequeno, e mal deu pra abrir todas as malas
