Hotel deteriorado

Chambre assez spacieuse, au calme car vue sur la montagne . Buffet petit déjeuner correct.

Lovely hotel and grounds. We had a room on the 3rd floor with two balconies affording us stellar views of the mountains and lake. The rearward facing balcony was quiet and peaceful. We through the doors open and had a lovely breeze all evening. The pool is lovely and there were plants of lounge chairs for reading and relaxing + two showers. We don’t eat at the hotel but great coffee is just down the street and there are a few restaurants in either direction. Beds we comfy, albeit twins. Altogether a lovely property.

Bel établissement pour deux nuits. Personnel très agréable et vue magnifique sur le lac.

Beautiful location nestled between Tremezzo and Lenno. Our balcony view was spectacular as was the service and food. The staff was very helpful and efficient. We felt it was a good value as contrasted with neighboring hotels.

Accueil tres conviviale, hotel tres propre et chambre vus sur lac (Surclassement sans demande de notre part), piscine tres agréable et diner dans le jardin (un peu buyant à cause de la route qui passe le long du jardin) mets excellents et bien servis. Une tres bonne adresse ( le plus : Parking sous l'hotel avec ascenseur a reserver avant d'arriver)

Ett bra hotell men det märktes att hela hotellet styrdes av ”lågbudget” Frukosten märktes att det var lågbudget varor. Fick känslan av att ” ingenting fick kosta”. Synd på ett så fint hotell. Bra parkering i källargaraget.

Average hotel and expensive…would have expected more for the price but the room although large was basic and parking and breakfast not included. Perhaps this is usual for Como to pay £200 for a bed?

Staff who greeted us was not friendly or informative but the dining staff was nice and the check out staff was nice.

We spent 4 nights here and had the breakfast on one occasion. The hotel is perfectly situated between Lenno and Tremezzo ferry stops and has a pizza takeaway, restaurant and a convenience shop within a 5 min walk- in addition to the on site restaurant and bar. The hotel breakfast was worth the €10 pp as there was fresh fruit options, snacks and biscuits, pastry, toast and meats and cheese as well as juices and coffee. The hotel was clean and comfortable, but the floor could have done with a sweep and mop through our stay. The staff were friendly and mostly helpful, at times it felt as if there wasa bit of an awkwardness, we wanted to order food from the restaurant to our room and despite being told this was an option when we first arrived, it was difficult to get this service when we needed it, hence us knowing abiut the local pizza takeaway (Jolly Pizza, highly recommeded!) Overall a great hotel with a location thats slightly quieter than the hustle and bustle of the middle of the lake. Its along the Lago di Como greenway walk which was fantastic and has some great restaurants and bars all walkable distances along a flat path. Would have no hesitation staying here again or reccommeneding to others!

Ambiente acolhedor, bem localizado, boas opções de restaurantes próximos, restaurante no hotel, serviço impecavél. Sentimo-nos bem e com vista do lago de Como.

Hotellet ligger i en sagolik miljö. Tyvärr hade vi lite otur med vädret.

The view of the lake is beautiful but the room is very small and the sink had no surface area to store your toiletries.

The desk clerk was awful. His name Roland. He didnt like Americans and took every opportunity to insult us. We dined at your hotel and ordered a hamburger only to be scolded because we were in Italy asking for a burger. He was rude with an attitude every time we asked for something. The young lady was very nice and gracious.

L’hôtel est bien situé avec de belles vues. Les chambres sont propres, mais la qualité du service n’est pas à la hauteur. Negroni pas maîtrisé du tout par le barman. Carbonara tellement poivrée que mes enfants n’ont pas pu les manger, et mauvaise foi totale de la part du maître d’hôtel, tout ce qu on aime. Un troisième lit d’appoint commandé à l’arrivée mais non préparé.

This is a good hotel. Spacious room for three with a good shower and aircon. The parking is very handy and a reasonable swimming pool. Breakfast was also good. The staff were welcoming and happy to help - we were late for breakfast but they did not rush us.

Séjour à trois dans la même chambre. Pouvoir dîner et prendre le petit déjeuner dehors était très appréciable comme la gentillesse du personnel très professionnel, et la piscine. L’hôtel est bien placé entre Lenno, la villa Carlotta et il y a des départs de randonnée juste derrière qui permettent de traverser un village magnifique
