위치가 100점입니다. 침구 깨끗하고, 위치로 예상한 바와 달리 무척 조용하게 잤습니다. 생수, 세면도구는 가져가야합니다. 수건은 제공됩니다. 저녁 늦게 바르셀로나 도착해서 시내로 가는 경우, 1째 밤으로 최적의 장소입니다.

숙소 위치가 괜찮습니다.

호스텔 폰타넬라를 3박4일 숙박지로 예약한 건 위치가 좋아서였습니다. 호텔이나 호스텔을 선정할때 많이 찾아보고 리뷰도 꼼꼼히 챙겨 읽으며 신중을 기하는 편이어서 르네상스 피라호텔과 피라호텔에서 2박씩 4박을 한 후에 지로나,시체스 2박3일 여행한 뒤 바로셀로나 고딕지구 중심으로 투어를 걸어서 하기 위해서 선택한 호스텔 폰타넬라였는데..4월12일 호스텔 폰타넬라가 공사 중 이어서,Casp-er Guest House로 숙박지가 바뀌었다는 호스텔 측의 메일을 받고서 다른 숙박지로 바꾸려고 고민하던 차에,잘못보내진 메일이라는..원래 예약되어진 숙소인 호스텔 폰타넬라로 진행된다는 메일을 확인하고 4월22일 지로나에서 호스텔 폰타넬라로 이동했지만..그곳은 잠겨있었고,벨을 눌러도 아무도 대답이 없는 상황이어서 전화를 했더니,호스텔이 바뀌었다는 대답이었고,이름조차 잘 모르는 상황에서 택시를 타고오면 택시비를 호스텔측에서 지불한다고하여,택시를 타고 택시기사에게 호스텔 측과 통화하게 한 후 찾아간 곳은 지도상으로는 Hostel Barcelona Go 라고 나와있는 지하철로 세정거장 (marina) 떨어져있는 호스텔이였습니다. (택시비 5.5유로 호스텔에서 지불) 바뀐 숙박지에 대한 사전의 인폼이 전혀 없었으므로 당시 체크인을 담당하고있던 직원 레오나르드에게 항의하였고, 다음날 사장 호세에게도 항의.호스텔측은 바뀐 호스텔 객실 컨디션이 호스텔 폰타넬라보다 낫고 조식을 포함 시켜주었다고 해명했지만 위치를 고려해서 예약한 호스텔 폰타넬라였기에,시내에 가려면 지하철을 이용해야했고, 체크아웃 후에 바로셀로나 공항에 갈때에도 택시비가 더 나오는 위치에 있기에 호스텔 사장 호세는 교통비를 보조해 주겠다는 답을 해주었지만 썩 유쾌한일은 아니었습니다. 호텔스 닷컴에선 이러한 상황을 전혀 모르는 듯 ''예정된 숙박이 얼마남지 않았어요''라는 메일과 ''호스텔 폰타넬라에서의 숙박이 어떠했냐는 메일이 왔습니다. 제가 부탁할 사항은 호스텔 측과 연락을 취하셔서 상기 내용 확인하시고, 부담해 준다고 했던 교통비 부분에 대한 처리 부탁드립니다 그리고 또 다른 숙박지였던 리스본 호텔 '필스 라이크 홈' 첵인과정에서 한국에서 모든 지불이 완료하였는데,현지에서 숙박비 청구하여 재지불 후,다시 며칠 후 호텔에 재방문하여 호텔비를 돌려받아야 되었던 상황에 대해서는 다시 메일 쓰도록 하겠습니다 두서없이 쓴 글 읽어주셔서 고맙습니다

The Building has no indication that it is a hotel. You wouldn't know it unless you know the address. There is no lobby as the hotel part of this building starts on the 4th floor. The absolute worst part was the elevator did not work, so had to carry 2 full bags up 4 floors. the our room was 1 more up on the 5th floor. this was a brutal walk up and down for older folks like us. Staff was nice, thankfully and the room was clean.

En general nos fue bien en este hospedaje, tiene una excelente ubicación, nos ayudaron a guardar las maletas mientras hacíamos check-in, la habitación estaba limpia y si nos hicieron limpieza en nuestra estadía. Aspectos a mejorar: Limpieza de la ducha y mantenimiento de la luz de la habitación. Si lo recomiendo por su precio y ubicación.

Correct mais beaucoup de bruits et mauvaise isolation des chambres. Très propre et personnel très sympathique

We weren’t informed that the lift wasn’t working and lugging a suitcase up four flights of stairs wasn’t easy! A kettle in the room would have been nice! On a positive note the staff were really nice and very polite,the room was clean and being in a city remarkably quiet and very convenient for travelling around.

I had one of the worst experiences at Fontanella Green House, especially considering this was my final night before an early morning flight. I specifically chose this place because it advertised having an elevator, which was important for us with luggage. However, the elevator had clearly been out of service for a long time, and we had to carry our bags up four floors. What made this worse was that the day before arrival, I was still instructed via message to use the elevator — while in reality, it was under full construction. The situation inside the property was even more disappointing. Our room was located right next to the reception area, and there was constant loud noise from construction work — including drilling — as they were apparently trying to fix the elevator. This made it impossible to rest. Throughout the night, there was also continuous noise from the reception area, with people talking loudly and frequent disturbances from guests coming and going. There was absolutely no sound insulation, and every noise carried directly into the room. Since we had to wake up at 6 AM for our flight, getting proper rest was essential, but this stay made that impossible. This property is misleading in its listing and completely unsuitable for anyone who values rest, especially before an early flight. I would not recommend staying here.

They texted the day before asking when I was coming. I said approximately 9:30, I need to drop off my luggage. No one said anything that the elevator was broke. I find out when I got there. To get up to them you have to walk up 4 flights of stairs. I am disabled. The only staff member on duty looked put out to carry my luggage up. He roughly bouncing them on the stairs. When I got upstairs and finished my registration I was exhausted. He then told me everything was good. I just needed to come back after 3 PM to pick up my key. I had asked when the elevator was going to be fixed, he said that afternoon. I climb down the 4 flights of stairs. I got souvenirs for my family. Had coffee close by and killed some time there. By the time 4 pm came around I walked past the vestibule and see that the elevator is still out of order. So I decided there would be no going out for dinner. I walked a block down the street to a supermarket and purchased a few things that could eat for my dinner. Then 4 flights of stairs again. Get my key and sit in my room for 16 hrs. At checkout still no elevator. Same guy from day before told me to have my taxi/Uber come up and get my luggage. I told him they don’t do that. He looked pissed, he had to carry my luggage. He dragged them down all four flights. I am very surprised I didn’t lose a wheel. He left my stuff at the street while I slowly came down and can’t see my stuff. NEVER AGAIN!!! Room was clean with Juliet balcony

Positives: Great location. Staff were friendly and helpful. Negatives: The room we were in was very small and the place was lacking in amenities. The lift was also out of service during our stay and we had to go up several flights of stairs with our luggage.

Is so nice. Cute, good space, pretty views in my balcony. 10/10

L’appartement était convenable. Physiquement pas de lobby pour l’accueil. Personnel à l’accueil très impatient et désagréable. On a pu laisser les bagages le matin avant le Check in, très apprécié. Le ménage a été bien fait. Bien situé.

Difficult to find as doors closed and no number obvious.Cheap and cheerful. Very clean and excellent shower with fluffy towels. Staff very helpful.

Gostamos pelo ótimo custo benefício, fácil check in e check out, e excelente localização. Ponto a melhorar: disponibilizar mais amenidades, ou repor; e no inverno, um cobertor melhor ou extra. No geral, ficamos muito satisfeitos e voltaríamos.
