저는 팡코르에 올 때마다 이곳에 여러 번 묵었는데, 이곳에 머물면 정말 편안함을 느낍니다.

객실은 넓고 깨끗했습니다. 호텔 위치가 해변, 면세점 쇼핑, 식사 장소 등으로 이동하기에 매우 편리했습니다. 제공된 조식도 만족스러웠습니다. 특히 나시 레막 삼발은 정말 맛있었습니다. 아이들과 함께 묵기에 아주 좋은 호텔이었습니다.

방은 넓고 가격 대비 만족스러웠습니다. 해변, 맛집, 쇼핑 장소가 모두 가까워서 매우 편리했습니다.

1. 조식 메뉴를 더 다양하게 제공해 주세요. 2. 호텔 고객, 특히 처음 방문하는 고객의 경우, 일찍 도착할지 늦게 도착할지 예측할 수 없으므로 음식이 상하지 않도록 젖은 음식을 보관할 수 있는 냉장고를 제공해 주세요. 3. 사용자 안전을 위해 오토바이와 헬멧 착용을 개선해 주세요. 4. 모든 에어컨을 리모컨이나 스위치로 제어할 수 있는 것은 아니므로, 객실 내 에어컨에 대한 정보를 제공해 주세요.

벌써 이 호텔에 다섯 번째 묵었어요. 방이 크고 깔끔해요. 조식도 맛있어요. 간단하지만 맛있어요(미고렝).

부모님을 위한 거였어요. 부모님은 괜찮다고 하셨어요… 😆

방이 칙칙해 보이고 오래된 냄새가 나요. 가구도 너무 나빠요. 미안해요 😓.

고객 친화적이지 않습니다.. 모든 것이 청구됩니다.. 2일 숙박.. 객실 내 커피와 차는 추가되지 않으며 요청 시 요금을 부과해야 합니다. 추가 카드를 요청하는 경우 rm100 보증금을 추가해야 합니다.

이번이 4~5번째인데 제 아들이 너무 좋아해요. 근처 해변으로 가기도 쉽고요. 너무 좋아요. 호텔 직원인 하산은 정말 친절해요.

Not a first time staying there. I am a regular customer to that resort. Staying there for more than 20 years.

It's very unethical to force guests to upgrade rooms when it's unnecessary. I booked 3 bedrooms for 3 adults and a child. Just because I have a child you asked me to upgrade my room. Do you think the child needs an extra bed to sleep? Don't be nosy as we already know how much our capacity is when we decide to book. Parking provided is also not a proper one. You just have to park at the back route of the hotel and spaces are very limited. I'm not sure during peak season how you are going to find a space. Pangkor is very bad nowadays. Not even recommended people to even go there. This is my first visit after more than 10years. I will not go again I think. No improvements whatsoever. Plus lousy customer service. They only want your money. They don't even care how your experience turns out to be.

Overall, I had a great experience with the coral bay resort. Staff was incredibly helpful. The room was clean and nice. Thank you so much 😊

The hotel is clean but please expect old apartment as this hotel have established more than 20 years. The door knob also bot working good but the hotel technician solved everything quickly.

Good basic apartment at great value for our group of 3 adults and 2 kids. Our room rate comes with buffet breakfast as well. Smooth check-in process at arrival and the staffs are friendly too. Had a comfortable stay here, but the aircon at one of the bedrooms is not cold, as if it 's blowing hot air out. Hopefully it can be fixed. Hotel location is very strategic, near to the beach & restaurants. We love the convenience of having a value mart & duty free shop at the ground floor of the hotel as well. Looking forward to come again next trip.

Bilik selesa, bersih, dan luas. Memang sangat puas hati untuk percutian keluarga, kolam renang bersih dan besar. Kemudahan sekliling hotel pun banyak, cuma menu sarapan boleh dipelbagaikan lagi, ada rezeki boleh datang lagi ☺️

Location quite strategic. Food stall, shop, and beach nearby. Lobby area was comfortable. Breakfast good and variety. Room clean and comfy. Surely I will come back again.

Old and a bit outdated apartment style hotel. But closest to beautiful beach Pasir Bogak. Just enough for big family stay. Not much to complain. Big pool and kids still enjoyed there.

Alhamdulillah duduk di sini 3 hari 2 malam. Bilik best besar dan selesa. Tv pun ok. Flat screen. Hotel ada sediakan sejadah. Cuma dalam bilik tiada iron. Kalau nak senang bawa sendiri. Kalau tak boleh ke tingkat 2. Makanan superb. Ada pelbagai menu untuk sarapan. Bahagian lobi hotel ad kedai ck duty free and mart. Kedai makan pun dekat. Apa-apa pun sangat berbaloi
