온수가 안 나왔어요, 이번이 두 번째예요 😭

머물기 좋은 곳이고 매우 편안했으며 아침 식사도 훌륭했습니다.

캐리어를 포함해 짐이 많아서 로비에 와서 문을 열려고 했을 때 직원들이 전혀 도와주지 않았습니다. 객실에는 호텔 슬리퍼나 치약 같은 세면도구가 없었습니다. 에어컨이 침대 바로 앞에 있어서 꽤 불편했습니다.

저는 이 호텔에 단골로 옵니다. 하지만 항상 창문 없는 방을 배정받습니다. 그래서 항의하고 객실 업그레이드를 요청해야 합니다.

모든 예약에서 창문 없는 방이 주어졌어요. 아마 불평하면서 객실 업그레이드를 요청했던 것 같아요.

숙소는 괜찮아요, 좋아요. 다만 내 방에 쓰레기통이 없습니다. 서비스가 개선될 수 있을 것 같습니다.

The representatives of the hotel are very hospitable. Breakfast is decent. Located at a very strategic place. We enjoyed staying here. Will definitely come again.

We had some issues and misunderstanding with the hotel, we were given a single and a queen bedroom instead of 2 queen bedroom. The hotel said, it always happened and the customer didn't understand the hotel policy. It was a confusing experience and tired night, but later solved by agent and was given 2 queen bedroom as per booked in apps.

You give 2 option for feedback then how would you know level of satisfaction. Its either Good or Bad.

Have a lot of parking. Nice breakfast but a bit difficult to find the hotel because it behind the bank.

hotel was ok, got sand inside the room which conclude that the room didn't been clean properly. breakfast not much variety. Front office was awesome.

This hotel is in need of renovation and cleanliness need to be improved. breakfast and service is ok

The room was not clean. Dirty stain on the floor. Stinky smell from the pillow. Hope they can improve their cleanliness and hygiene.

Pros: strategic location, friendly staffs, warm welcome, attends to guest request immediately. Cons: breakfast menu is limited and taste was average, shower water temperatures problem.
