전체 평가 및 리뷰 Capital O 89357 Unicorn Hotel

The room condition was not good. Bed sheets seems not clean and sterilized properly. The room given was so dim due to 2 lamps in room are broken. Requested for change room but reception called for technician to come repair. Overall uncomfortable feeling.

the room got many problem like carpet are wet ,air conditioner no cool and the swift of light also broken no service, the room smells .feel uncomfortable for sleep. the tv channel also only a few channel no have 8tv or ntv7 channel. now start need pay deposit for stay before havent .

Quite and nice. Just unsatisfied with old furniture.

Good location &envinroment but got request tv chanel (8tv) also don't have provide too.

Dirty, oily floor, dusty, safety? Oh god.

Great for stay as the interior is simple yet calming. Suitable for business or family treat. But, only tea provided in the room. No coffee. But, it has convenient store downstairs.

Amat berpuas hati tapi hotel agak sunyi dan seram.

Aircond tak berfungsi. Buat panggilan untuk check, tapi tiada sebarang tindakan.

Staff were accommodating but the hotel itself is dead. aircond not cold, fridge not working, boring tv channels, no restaurant, parking is scary, only mcdonalds nearby...my advise to the staff, get a job somewhere else

No facilities in the room to make tea or coffee.

Staf ramah, bilik bersih kecuali aircond kurang sejuk.

TV tidak dapat 1 siaran. Info staf tidak follow up sampai check-out. Saya tidak akan menginap lagi disini.

While staying at Nouvelle Hotel, their WIFI is not available.

Room need a renovation! Kind off old looks. Room was a bit dusty and they didn't wipe the mirror/glasses provided properly.The bathroom was very bad! D*** dirty! The toilet bowl got yellow stain. Got rusty everywhere. Omg thank God I have only to stay for 1 night. Hard to find food also because there is no restaurant nearby. I will not stay at the hotel anymore! First and last. To those who wanna stay here, trust me. Think it not just twice, but thousand times!
