I've visited this place last 21st Jan 2018. I had to check in by 11 PM according to the reservation. And i had to wake up early and check out by 6:20 AM because of the flight schedule. Maybe it is my fault that i reservated this term without any detailed concern. The Hotel should not, however, sell the ticket because it is not for one night but for the several hours. It costs more than $143 to stay for less than 8 hours. Can anybody understand this? I won't use "hotels.com" anymore, either.
Although there is price diffenciation policy in the any other hotels, Check-in time "11 P.M." is so absurd. Hotels.com and this golden hotspring hotel should stop selling the ticket for rest of the client.
