Convenient. Only the kettle was old, and the air conditioner faced one of the beds, hence difficult to adjust.

For the price Rm160, is not value for money as comfort aside from the air conditioning is below par. Pillows not comfortable, shampoo/body wash also dodgy, etc. Location wise is good though.

Smelly water source. Smelly pillow & bed sheet as well.

Location is walking distance to ipoh famous eatery places. Room is exactly as shown I the picture just a bit cramp. Check in & check out is smooth. Towel look a bit old.

Everything was good except one thing which shock us. All this while where I've been travelling around the world. We have the same language about the house keeping issue. Again I'm specifically not saying the house keeper is not good. But once the room is rented out. If the customer didn't ask for house keeping. Usually the house keeping will not clean the room. That day, when all of us went down to buy something, with the TV and air-con is on in the room. We were shock when once we came back to our room, the room is totally clean up which we didn't expect it will be so. Because all our belonging is in the room. Luckily we didn't lost anything. But still I think this is call privacy. The hotel management should give us a reasonable answer for it. I wish that this will not happen. If so happen there's any valuable lost, will the hotel bare for it?

Hotelnya oke lah. walaupun ruangannya sedikit kecil tapi lumayan bersih. Tapi kalau mah check-out early harus lebih cepat, karena receptionist-nya agak lama.

I love the environment and the hotel regarding location and the interior. But the only problem is that the room air-con is not cold. I hope the management could do something about it, maybe need to have some service.

This hotel is great for everything. Location is near to all famous food. The hotel is nice and comfortable. Just love it and this hotel will be my only option when i come to ipoh.

Hotel located in the center of the city. Service wasn't so bad. But the hotel looked so old and creepy, the room is small too

Friendly and helpful staff who checked us in. The man who cleaned our room, when asked, without any hesitation provided additional pillows. The car park felt safe as it was manned and there was cctv.

Great hotel with convenience. Hotel is located walking distance to most sights. We did even walk to Concubine lane because of heavy traffic that area. Hotel is clean, comfort was ok. Pillow was a little too flat to sleep. But overall still a good place for a night. Will return to stay when going back to Ipoh.

Free cctv monitored outdoor car park, strategic location, and friendly front desk. But quite a small room and bathroom and a bit noisy (can hear the passed by vehicles clearly since we stayed in first floor facing the main road). Room amenities and toiletries need to be upgraded.
