If you are a backpacker and looking for a cheap hotel, It is right for you. However, if you're considering cleanliness, forget about it. The hotel is next to the attraction food court and in front of the night market. 👌.

Saya bagi 1 star je. Hotel kotor! Depan front desk dia tempat pembuangan sampah! Pengotor! Jijik! Kepada yang cari hotel, jangan la korang ambil hotel ni. Menyesal nanti. Saya buat aduan satu hari nanti. 😏

Not recommend to stay here because the hotel is very dirty. In the middle of way to go up there got a lot of rubbish there throw in and also got rat. Bad smelly also.

Hotel ini terletak di lokasi yang baik, Tapi, saya sudah booking melalui Online sehari awal dan bayaran pun dah proceed. Receipt byrn pun, saya sudah terima melalui E-mail. Bila dah sampai DKT reception tu, pekerja dia bagi tahu bilik semua sudah penuh. Aikhhh, Bukan bilik yang kena booking memang kena bagi NGN orang baru nak menginap. Tolong lah, asingkan bilik yang dah kena booking tu. Jangan bagi orang. Perbaiki sistem perkhidmatan Hotel tersebut ni. Utamakan orang yang dah booking secara online, SBB byrn pun dah terima kan. Dan 1 lagi, Bilik yang saya terpaksa untuk menginap yang bukan bilik yang saya booking. Tahap kebersihan sangat teruk, lantai bilik berdebu dan habuk. Bilik mandi sinki bocor. Tingkatkan perkhidmatan Hotel dan penginapan agar memuaskan. Sebab, booking melalui online semua bayar terus.

Hotel dalam renovation, kalau boleh pihak hotel tukarkan tilam jenis spring or yang selesa serta bantal yang gebu dan tidak mudah penyek.

Hotel bau ikan, pam dalam toilet rosak. Aircond x sejuk. Staff yang x mesra masam macam cuka. Mintak sejadah pun x knl.

Staf baik dan perkhidmatan di sini baik. Saya dan isteri merasa selesa menginap di hotel ini.

No water in the hotel.how to shower. How can I survive for 3 days here? My holiday mood spoil because of this. I have been transferred to another room..at first book for 2 room for 4 persons. Because of the water issue, I have requested a new room and they gave me family room. The room was to small for 4 person. but luckily they got no water issue in this room. To owner. Please tell your guest if the hotel got a water issue before we check in. We are not stupid to stay at the hotel that have no water. Not recommended this hotel. Worst experience ever!

Staf hotel ni mesra dan dekat-dekat dengan kedai-kedai makan, kedai runcit, night market, dan mall. Terbaik. Aircon pun kuat macam hotel mewah.

Bilik bajet yang sangat sesuai untuk family, bilik yang luas, kemudahan banyak, betul-betul depan Pasar pilipin, dapat bilik 811, bilik yang sama masa menginap kali pertama pada tahun 2015, so far so good, kali kedua menginap sini 👍

Everything is ok, worth what it pay, only the building is a bit old

Reception so slow wait around 30 minute to get the room and the manager lazy to check the booking. Very poor customer service.
