At first when we arriving at the hotel. the staff said my booking did not get in to their system. I am waited for about half an hour but still no status. then the staff ask for a deposit about rm100 and I check in. upon check out the staff said my booking still did not get in to the system. and now I am asking what is the problem with your system. its really make me unsatisfied.

Pelayanannya sih oke tapi jaringan WiFi hanya bisa di tangga kalau masuk ke kamar sudah tidak bisa

get a room at 2nd floor but suddenly blackout. back to normal but lights can't switch on. Receptionist said it was that room itself got many complaint from others customers too.. They change room and 'upgrade' it to the 4th floor, and in the middle of the night I wanna pee. OMG, the water that came out pipe, I think my pee can beat the flow. LOL. Upset... luckily there's a balance of tissue I think was from the previous customers... LOL... the deposit was at RM 50.00. p/s: The receptionist today 31/3/18 at check out period (you know ur staff schedule), that lady was so not friendly at all (please train ur staff for customer services skill). Overall, i just have to be cool to stay here...😂😂

Room and toilet so dirty. No parking for guess When I tell cleaner to change balnket. He won't.

Nice stay and good staffs...but Need to improve on amenities....no electric kettle, telephone and free mineral water as stated in traveling booking page..

Very bad room condition. Big hole at the washroom ceiling, allowing insect to come in was a bad experience. Lucky enough to change to other room.
