The hotel is located in a great spot. Our room was great with a super view across the canal. Staff was helpful and pleasant. The pool is not big but very refreshing. Getting to the hotel is somewhat challenging, it is in an emission reduced zone, so only certain vehicles are allowed. If you park at the hotel, then no problem. But visit the hotel’s actual website for directions on how to get there and reserve your parking if you wish. Would recommend to friends to friends and family.

Ligging is fantastisch, personeel super behulpzaam, al met al dikke tien! Alleen de bewegwijzering is een aandachtspunt.

Our stay at Hotel Harmony was lovely. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful. They addressed all our needs. The room was immaculate with a fantastic view of the canal. The shower was fantastic and the room also had a huge bathtub for 2. My only suggestion would be to broaden the food menu in the bar. We would have like to have the option to “eat in”. Though the available food options were delicious they were a bit limited. Overall our stay was fabulous and we hope to return again

For a great location, this was a very disappointing stay. We originally reserved for 3 days a non-refundable room and included parking which was represented as 24/7 access. The hotel writes us 5 days before check-in that because of the Gent Festival, we can't use the parking 24/7. We must park outside the city and spend 45 minutes on a train and walking to get to hotel. We request to cancel the reservations because that's not what we paid for. Answer: No. They would only refund the parking reservation fee. We cancel the parking reservation and keep the room reservation. While driving to the hotel in the morning to drop our bags, told that we cannot get to hotel without parking reservation. We finally arrive at 2pm for a 3pm check-in. Told room is ready but 25 Euros to check-in an hour early. Room is mediocre: water faucet doesn't work properly; toilet smells; only a curtain in front of bathroom. Very cheap renovations! Only saving grace was the breakfast, which was good, and the staff, who were polite and helpful. There must be many other better options in Gent. Try them - not the Harmony Hotel.

Such a wonderful experience! We only stayed one night but it was such a great central location, we felt like we had the best possible hotel in the city!

Quarto amplo, localização ótima, vista linda para o canal, café da manhã completo e saboroso, equipe prestativa e atenciosa, boa piscina. Tem cadeirinha pra criança no café da manhã, o que foi bom. A limpeza deixou a desejar, pois vi muita poeira e cabelos pelo quarto. O banheiro é grande, porém não tinha box no chuveiro, o que deixou o banheiro todo molhado, e faltou uma bancada um pouco maior para colocar os produtos de higiene. Em pleno calor de julho o ar condicionado parou de funcionar e tivemos uma péssima noite de sono com um quarto parecendo uma estufa. Sei que essas coisas acontecem, mas a manutenção do ar condicionado tem de ser feita antes desse período de calor. Foi péssimo e não pudemos fazer nada. Ainda assim recomendo o hotel, porém com a ressalva da limpeza, da falta do box e ter mais atenção ao ar condicionado.

Wonderful stay with a perfect location.

Frábært hótel á mjög góðum stað. Herbergið var bæði hreint og rúmgott. Starfsfólk og sameiginlegt rými gott, bæði inni og úti. Algjör lúxus að hafa sundlaug og drykkjarþjónustu þangað! Morgunverðurinn var mjög góður, bæði hvað úrval varðar og sérpantaða þjónustu.

Erinomainen sijainti kauniissa Ghentissä. Palvelu oli aitoa ja ystävällistä. Saimme paljon vinkkejä mistä mitäkin löytyy, jotta lomamme olisi mahdollisimman onnistunut. Sviitti oli sisustettu tyylikkäästi ja oli erittäin tilava. Automaattisesti avautuvat moottoroidusti toimivat verhot olivat upeat. ÄlyWCistuin toi myös luksusta asumiseen. Uima-allas toi virkistystä kuumaan päivään. Siisti ja altaalla hyvä juomatarjoilu.

Otel şehrin göbeğinde tüm cazibe merkezlerine yakın.yürüme mesafesinde harika manzaraya sahip size her türlü olanağı sunan keyifli bir otel.Çok tavsiye.

The location and staff can’t be beat. It’s not a luxurious hotel, but it’s perfectly fine. The breakfast could be improved upon. It’s really all about the location.

Harmony hotel was a very nice clean hotel the very friendly helpful the great location on the river. The rooms are big and clean. The breakfast was very nice. As an American the only things that were little challenging is not having a bottom and a top sheet and not having any glass or borders around the shower so that the water goes everywhere. Otherwise, a very nice hotel. Main train station is somewhat far away and you can take an inexpensive train pretty close but the streets are cobblestone so even having to walk a few blocks is difficult. There are plenty of taxis if you want to spend 20 euros. All in all, I would definitely stay there again.

This hotel is in the perfect location and I could not recommend it enough. The view is great, the staff were extremely friendly, and the rooms were amazing. Tons of space, great shower, and complementary robes. If you are coming the Ghent, stay in Hotel Harmony.

We had a large, beautifulroom with a bed on one end and a sofa and chairs on the other end; very spacious with a lot of room to put clothes and other items. Great location – right off the canal and near lots of restaurants and shops. But still very quiet.
