구 도심에 가까워서 구경 다니기에 좋았습니다. 현관 입구에 아저씨가 늘 계셔서 안전하기도 하구요. 친절하게 잘 해주셨습니다. 길가라서 약간 시끄럽기는 하지만 위치가 좋으면 어떡할 수 없는 부분일 것 같습니다. 가까운데 빵집(gigi)도 있어서 아침 뗴우기에도 좋았습니다.

Prima kamers, welliswaar iets gedateerd,maar keurig schoon Mensen aan de receptie super vriendelijk. Aan een drukke weg, maar daar hoor je weinig van.

Overall it was a nice stay and what I would expect for a 3 star hotel . The staff was super helpful and nice . The only complaint I have about the room would be the heating. The heating didn’t work great but the staff did leave extra blankets in my room after cleaning without being asked . Maybe consider upgrading or adding a nice portable heater . As far as amenities it would be nice to have WiFi that works , Netflix access , or at least a smart tv to access your own Netflix account . It would also be nice if we were given free bottles of water instead of being charged for it and had microwaves on the rooms to heat up leftovers .

Hotel is basic but in a great location. Room is clean and comfortable and staff were polite and helpful.

Perfect hotel for our weekend getaway, very close to the bus stop (bus 100 to/from the airport) central location, easy to find, quick check in and check out, clean and tidy room would stay again :)

The staff were friendly. The receptionist even came to help me with my sofa bed when I didn't want to share a double with my sister. It did seem a little run down but it was clean and warm and the room was spacious. The location is very good, right in the middle and with buses to the airport regularly and a metro station close by.

Room was spacious. Staff are nice. Bed was not comfortable and room was noisy from the traffic outside

It’s centrally located .. the rooms are big with plenty of space .. you can shower or take a bath … issues are that you have to walk up roll up ur luggage to get to a 1940s open and close 2 doors elevator …for customers with mobility issues that won’t work.. they also don’t provide shampoo .. the bars of soap provided are inadequate… there also is no hair dryer in the room ..there is no same day laundry service… it takes two days to get ur laundry done .

It was very comfortable stay at hotel.

Hotel per chi non ha pretese e vuole spendere relativamente poco in una posizione ottima per spostarsi a piedi in metro o bus. Letto comodo,stanza grande e pulita. Il bagno davvero brutto con la tenda della vasca che è antigenica e non comprendo come nel 2025 ancora possa esistere. Stanza abbastanza rumorosa essendo su una via principale e molto trafficata e anche perchè essendo proprio attaccata alla reception si sente chiunque parlare.

Perfect location. Beautiful room friendly staff and very helpful.

The positive experience was that the room was ready before13;00 o'clock and that the hotel give me exactly the room that i booked and expected to get like a small balcony. During the check in at the recetion, an older lady start to tell me that "she will bring towels to me and knock at hte door" . I considered that as a "psychological game at work". Later in the day she told me the same about bringing towels to my room. I really feel sorry for that woman that such games at work is the only fun she had that day

Decent sized 2nd floor room, clean and tidy though requires some upgrading (toilet door, sink) balcony, balcony very dirty, Very noisy area as is on main boulevard Extremely polite, friendly and accommodating members of staff, receptionist(s)/cleaners English speaking and understanding !

Nothing special, room was lovely but the staff were noisy and played the TV in reception very loud.

Staff are very helpful and friendly.
