-. 담배냄새에 찌든 객실 (금연실로 바꿨는데도 ...) -. 지저분한 룸 컨디션 -. 전혀 방음 안됨 -. 빈민촌 같은 주변 분위기 -. 불친절한 데스크 -. 금방 추락할 것 같은 엘리베이터 -. 이 숙소만큼은 절대 피하도록 하세요.

The reception was so awful and charged me extra payment though it is clearly stated that I have already paid my taxes . The receptionist even refused to inform me about the breakfast meal which is included in the room booking

Very friendly and helpful staff, good value for money.

The location is great as it is Near the metro station and shopping area. A new gift shop just newly opened along the hotel walkway.

Second time stay in this hotel, good value of money. Premium location, it is the first building you reach after you come out of the metro station, supermarkets, restaurants, shops around, easy living and shopping. Facility is a little bid old, but well maintained, room is clean and staff is friendly.

Nice but their lifts are horrible one time I stopped in,oh my God

Rummet var bra men det var en disko på kvällen och mycket folk kom sent på natten till hotellet och det var störande.

建物も古く室内の設備もメンテナンスが行き届いていない。料金はドバイのホテルの中でも安いほうだが、それでも割り高。レセプション・スタッフも朝食の案内や支払いなど行き届かない点も多かった。深夜2時過ぎまでカラオケ（？）などの爆音で悩まされた。

Great location. But a bit squeazy for family. Also got some pubs and resto on mezzanine floor which at night become busy and noisy.

Very close to Metro Station is good. I didn't like the customer service. On the other hand, there is a night club inside de hotel, the customers should know this.

Location was excellent at central busines district but the entire facility needs revamping
