세월의 품격이 느껴지는 빈티지한 소품들과 그걸 잘 관리 배치해 놓은 분위기 좋은 호텔이었습니다.

리셉션 직원분들도 모두 친절하고 좋은 위치에 있음 조식은 매우 만족스럽고 맛있으나 야채 몇가지가 구성에 추가되면 너무 좋을 것 같아요 그리고 다인으로 오는 경우 방 열쇠가 하나라 불편한 점이 있습니다

인터라켄 역과 가깝고 직원분들이 매~우 친절하셨습니다. 겨울이었음에도 따뜻하게 이용할 수 있었습니다.

Nice rooms and great decor. An excellent breakfast buffet. Convenient to train station, restaurants and shopping.

Mycket trevligt mottagna vid ankomsten. Blev uppgraderade till större rum. Fint, bekvämt, rel. nyrenoverat rum. Lugnt läge men ändå centralt i Interlaken. Hela hotellet är som ett museum med artefakter från hotellets ca 125 år långa historia. Mycket smakfullt! Riklig frukost med mycket uppmärksam och vänlig personal. Vacker trädgård och utsikt över snöklädda toppar. Parkering precis utanför hotellet.

Breakfast was delightful and walking around the city was beautiful.

The cutest, quaintest, vintage hotel! It has so much old school charm, and the place felt right out of the late 60’s but still modern. This was an absolute amazing random choice we made to stay. Plus the free breakfast had plenty of hot and cold items to choose. Loved our stay!

Unfortunately, we did not get to enjoy this property, even though I had chosen it after much research and was really looking forward to our stay. On the morning of our check-in, I was contacted and told that our room had been damaged and that we could no longer stay there. While the hotel did arrange for us to stay elsewhere, it felt like they simply moved us along without much care for how disappointing this was. We were given no real choice, and if we had been notified earlier, we would have looked for something else in Interlaken or even adjusted our travel plans. The hotel we were placed in did its best to make the transition smooth, and the staff there were kind and understanding. However, it was not a hotel we would have chosen for ourselves. While it offered beautiful views, the rooms and lobby were very dated, and the exterior of the building was one of the least appealing in all of Interlaken, giving off a businesslike vibe rather than the charm we were hoping for. In the end, we were thankful to have a roof over our heads, but we left feeling very disappointed that our original hotel did so little to help us beyond booking another place.

Definetely coming back

Overall a very good stay. Very convenient location as it’s walkable to the train station. Very quiet place , and tastefully decorated with antiques. Would love to come and stay again.

I received an upgrade to a superior room which was spacious with dual aspects that gave pleasing views. The furnishings were showing wear, but the bed was large and comfortable. The bathroom appeared new with a good shower and well appointed. Breakfast buffet provided plenty of choice and good quality, and an outdoor terrace with a garden was a plus. Finally, staff were friendly and eager to please.

Can't beat the location. Very close to Interlaken Ost train station. Right across from the river. The hotel is beautiful and nicely decorated. Room was cleaned daily. Breakfast was standard but good.

Nice staff. Lovely breakfast. Quite close to train. My only complaints: pillows were awful. Both ridiculously soft. Shower was temperamental. Very sensible to adjustment. Could be scalding or freezing easily.

Excellent staff and welcoming and helpful. Beautiful room that we had with an upstairs for 2 and downstairs for one and amazing views on the 4th floor

Perfect location, friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast in the mornings. We really enjoyed our stay. The only thing that would have made it better would be air conditioning. We visited in summer, with weather over 30 degrees Celsius daily, so the rooms got quite hot.

I’m very impressed and satisfied with my stay . The hotel is less than 5 minutes walk from the train station. The decorations and design is so vintage and I remembered some of the old pots and pans and iron displayed all over the lobby . The front desk staff were helpful and always smiling . The room was so cozy and clean . I had the beautiful view of the mountain and water . The breakfast buffet was awesome and delicious ! The servers were all accommodating , friendly , smiling , courteous. Shout out to Ludwig! He was so nice and went above and beyond . The hotel gave me champagne and cake for my birthday . The Cheese Fondue was so delicious . I also ate the Veal for dinner and it so tender and tasty . I will highly recommend this hotel .See you again Carlton Europe !
