Fantastic classic hotel. I love this hotel

리셉션 직원분들도 모두 친절하고 좋은 위치에 있음 조식은 매우 만족스럽고 맛있으나 야채 몇가지가 구성에 추가되면 너무 좋을 것 같아요 그리고 다인으로 오는 경우 방 열쇠가 하나라 불편한 점이 있습니다

인터라켄 역과 가깝고 직원분들이 매~우 친절하셨습니다. 겨울이었음에도 따뜻하게 이용할 수 있었습니다.

The location is good but it’s a very old hotel. There is no air conditioning and the rooms are so small. They have fan in the rooms but the fan in my room doesn’t work. We have 4 rooms and only 1 room is bigger than the other 3 and the showers are all small. For the price we are paying, I don’t think it’s worthed.

スタッフの皆様によくしていただきました。インターラーケンの駅から近く、便利です。 テラスでのんびりできたのがとても良い思いだです！

Sehr gute Unterkunft

This hotel has so much potential. Location is incredibly close to train station. Breakfast is fabulous and our superior room was comfortable and beautiful! Offered 5 star hotel accessories such as scale, robes, slippers, great hair products,etc. The owner needs to throw away or donate all the antiques that clutter every hallway and corner. It looks like a museum and not appealing at all!

Hotel was cozy and historic, breakfast was wonderful and the grounds were beautiful.

距離Interlaken Ost車站5分鐘 非常方便。酒店職員親切有禮熱心，酒店早餐食物不錯。但酒店不提供牙膏牙刷拖鞋及熱水壺 另外只提供三合一洗頭沖涼液 最好自備以上物品

The hotel was very organized with friendly staff and a great breakfast. However, my stay was disrupted by early morning noise from the nearby staff room. I reported it to the front desk, but they said they were busy with an event. I also requested a box of tissues multiple times, but it was never delivered. While there were some positives, the service and noise issues affected my overall experience.

God beliggenhed inforhold til banegården Øst. Dejlig morgenmad, men mørkt brød ( rugbrød) savnede vi.

Excelente estadia. Quarto muito confortável, com vista para jardins externos. Café da manhã bem completo e muito saboroso. O hotel tem muitas peças antigas que nos levam a nossa infância e adolescência. Localização boa, perto da estação de trem Interlaken OST e na rua principal da cidade.

Muito interessante, o hotel e um musel . Mas aconchegante. Bem pitoresco. Localizacao excelente

Highly recommend the Carlton - Europe

Nice location just outside of the busy part of town. Very convenient to the train station, but not noisy. The hotel is like a museum inside and there are lots of interesting things to look at.

Lovely hotel with very helpful and friendly staff. Walking distance to train station and town were an added bonus.

An interesting and pleasant hotel with traditional period atmosphere and furnishings. Very convenient for Interlaken Ost train station, and like everywhere in Interlaken, is surrounded by stunning scenery (when visible!) Hotel had scaffolding up around most of it during my stay which meant the room balconies couldnt be used- a little disappointing and i couldnt benefit from the views. The bed had a memory-foam mattress, which tends to divide opinion! - If you like it, the bed would be great, but I find it a bit too hot so not particularly comfortable! Breakfast was pleasant with standard hot and cold buffet offerings.

Bon établissement, personnel très accueillant. Par contre des travaux sont en cours et les travailleurs débutent tôt le matin.

Mal porque Expedia teniaa por equivocacion otra reserva con fecha del siguiente dia y no me apiyaron correctamente para hacer los arreglos respectivos y tuve q pagar itra habitación
