Delightful stay, close to all things!

Schöne Unterkunft, schnell im Zentrum von Bardolino und sehr sicher. Parkplätze in einem abgeschlossenen Parkhaus beim Hotel.. Jederzeit wieder.

Avevo cercato un Hotel che avesse un parcheggio interno ed alla fine mi è stato dato l’accesso incluso nel prezzo; la particolarità che va segnalata è che il parcheggio non era indicato nel wizard del sito web e nei documenti della prenotazione. Ho dunque telefonato al servizio Clienti della struttura e mi è stato risposto che il parcheggio sarebbe stato garantito solo prenotando direttamente presso la struttura e non attraverso le piattaforme on-Line. Ho completato ugualmente la prenotazione dell’Hotel con Expedia ed ho successivamente mandato un messaggio con l’app Expedia alla struttura chiedendo in forma scritta se fosse possibile riservarmi un parcheggio : a tale richiesta non ho mai avuto alcun riscontro. Devo anche menzionare la scarsa gentilezza al momento del check-in; mi sono presentato anzitempo rispetto all’orario previsto, alle 13,30 rispetto all’orario previsto; la camera non era pronta, sono stato trattato con freddezza alla reception ed al termine del completamento della procedura ho dovuto chiedere in maniera esplicita l’orario di accesso alla camera, visto che non mi era stato comunicato. La camera che mi è stata assegnata era particolarmente piccola, una di due sole camere senza balcone, ad angolo, su un totale di approssimativamente 50 ed oltre con affaccio sullo spazio verde intorno alla struttura; la camera era visibilmente più corta rispetto alle altre, arretrata verso l’interno, senza balcone, incuneata nell’angolo.

Ystävällinen ja auttavainen henkilökunta. Wi-Fi pätki monesti, eikä ollut hyvä tehoinen huoneessamme.

Hairdryer only lasted for 2 mins before it cut out

We really enjoyed our time at this hotel. The location is great, staff generally very helpful (extra gold star for Antonio working in the pool bar/restaurant who was unfailingly cheerful, helpful and efficient) and the facilities spacious and good. The condition of many parts of the hotel is a little tired and dated but thankfully for us everything worked ok. We enjoyed the good sized indoor pool during inclement weather. Breakfast was very good with fresh fruit, fresh bread and cooked breakfast available every morning.

Bardolino zu Fuß gut erreichbar.

Perfekt für unsere Bedürfnisse. Allerdings hätte die Sauna kostenlos sein sollen.

Great location and falilitoes

Frühstückspersonal super auch das Frühstück ist alles da, was das Herz begehrt. Bedienungspersonal am Pool chronische Unlust, Tunnelblick, haben unsere Getränke immer selbst geholt, hat sich nicht gändert in den letzten Jahren. Ansonsten waren wir zufrieden wie immer und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt

Prachtig hotel op een super mooie ligging met prive strand. Geweldig ontbijt met mooie kamers.

Die Lage und das Hotel war super. Kleine Abstriche wie durchgelegene Matratze (waren trotzdem überraschend bequem), alter Bettüberzug oder WC-Deckel zu klein für die Schüssel waren Anfangs eher negativ. Dafür war alles andere super!! Tägliche Flasche Wasser, Nachmittags Kaffee/Kuchen etc. waren sehr aufmerksam. Das Hotel hat einen tollen Pool (inklusive Pool-Ente), einen Privatstrand und liegt nahe an Bardolino. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Die Gäste sind von junge Familie bis altes Seniorenpaar bunt durchmischt. Uns hat es super gefallen! Wir kommen wieder.

Amazing location, a short walk to Bardolino, where you can take the ferry. Hotel is a great compound with various places to sit. Large pool with bar and tables. Extremely convenient for families and regular tourists.

Centralt hotel . Nogle værelser lidt slidte, men rene. Gid morgenmad . Godt pool omr, med mange stole. Har boet der før og kommer gerne igen

Die Lage ist super, man ist in ca. 3 Minuten zu Fuß bei Restaurants, Cafés und das Shoppen kommt auch nicht zu kurz. Das Hotel liegt direkt am Gardasee, nur von einer Straße getrennt, diese ist nicht stark befahren, da Sackgasse. Immer donnerstags ist dort auch immer ein Markt.

Big and boring mega hotel. Avoid and choose one of the many smaller and much nicer hotels in the Garda area. Rooms are nice and clean though.
