Very smelly room, dirty air condtioner, worst wi-fi (it doesn't work at all). But representatives are kind.

The room was lovely and comfortable. The dinner was excellent. Two concerns: 1. We could not get the written commentary off the TV, nor could the staff member who came in to help us. 2. The breakfast was not as good as I would have hoped for and expected.

Friendly staff

Front desk staff were great ~ even shared a good laugh about an inside joke. The room was lovely ~ clean and fresh. I especially enjoyed the AC which was running when I entered the room .. I greatly appreciated that as it was the middle of August and a dreadfully hot and humid weekend, nearing 40 degrees. My waterfront view was perfect ~ overlooked the lake, docks and pool. I only wish I had booked more time for dining, lazing around the pool going out on the lake... oh well next time as I would most definitely stay at The Glen House Resort again and again. Everything was wonderful. The grounds were beautiful. Restaurant has excellent food . The only thing I would recommend is taking carpets out of the rooms. The staff were amazing and answered all our questions.

Amazing seafront location, quiet, beautiful scenery, spacious rooms, private patios with flowers, trees, squirrels. Outdated infrastructure (buildings, furniture, maintenance), slow/intermittent WiFi only. Some front desk staff could have had a more service-oriented (friendly, helpful, prompt) attitude; others made up for it later. Lots of rules signage that emphasizes restrictions versus friendly guidance. Wonderful kayaking; ok pools (a bit chilly but ok after hot tub). Gym opening hours could be earlier; several machines were out of service.

Loved our stay at the Glen House. Beautiful setting, clean and comfortable room. Staff were all amazing, kind and helpful.

the food was fine . it was just ok and a little expensive to eat at the dinning room. the dinning room is nice clean and looks amazing with a wonderfull view on thousand island river! so it is not a wonderfull food to eat but a wonderfull and confortable room to be in .

Great place

We had an amazing night as a family. Great restaurant, amazing front desk service, beautiful room and views. We will be back again and will be telling all of our friends and family! Thank you for a beautiful stay!

Great place to relax and disconnect!

The staff is very welcoming and helpful... Had a little problem with my room, they immediately arranged to relocate us to a better room... The location is very quiet, clean and luxurious...

Beautiful scenery, gardens are gorgeous, Great food. Comp coffe and tea. Atmosphere relaxing. I visit every year.

This is an older but well maintained property, and the riverview rooms are absolutely stunning views of the St. Lawrence. We were lucky enough to get a room with almost direct access to the outdoor pool, which is very well maintained as well. The main dining room is a good option and has a kids menu. Staff are all friendly and kind. Our family especially loved the games room, with pool. air hockey, ping pong, ring toss and shuffleboard.

Rooms are dated and smelled like mold.

Our room was beautiful, newly decorated and fireplace with a couch. We really loved it and how spacious it was if I had to change anything I would cut the trees out in front so you have a better view of the lake.

It’s not the newest property in term of style but it’s very well kept and maintained and has beautiful surroundings and friendly staff
